Everything turned out okay. Really. Heinz doesn't know how he ended up in this strange city, but he knows Herr Schnabltier is here and that's all that matters.

Phineas, Ferb and the rest of the gang attend college with two new girls. Will everyone's friendship and romance grow? And what about the two new main OC characters? All usual love couples, as well as two OC and more characters.

O.W.C.A's Agents are human more or less, they have animal features and abilities. What happens when O.W.C.A's top Agent is captured by a man from his past? Will his twin sister and his friends be able to save him?
