Part 2 -V.I.L.E has created their own team to fight against Carmen Sandigeo. Crackle leads the team of six operatives, and is determined to kill Carmen Sandiego at all costs. Crackle's mind has been damaged and twisted beyond recognition, and he has no memories of the girl in red. Is it too late to reach him, or will Carmen have no choice but to take him down?

Teams Red and Blue head to university for a Sesquicentennial Falcon Ceremony, in which the college will be presenting their acclaimed Golden Falcon statuette. Carmen, Ivy, Zack, and Julia keep their eyes peeled for any VILE activity, Crackle and Tigress do their best to stay off the radar of Baa baa Black Sheep, and Chase does all he can to catch the elusive Carmen Sandiego.

While out looking for a gift for Ivy, Carmen runs into a former ally looking for help. The two make an unlikely team as they search for something special for the women close to their hearts.

Zack and Ivy have been acting strange lately. Player investigates why. Carmen isn't impressed.
