Fanfiction based on Volume 2, Chapter 6 of Kino's Journey- "Homecoming- 'She' is Waiting For You"

Dead Man's Curve part one: When short of cash, visit prosperous, thriving cities and find temporary work. It's not glamorous but it's necessary for a traveler's survival. So all Kino asked for was a rich town with no dark, scary secrets.

Kino and Hermes encounter a fellow traveler on the way to their next destination. Note that this is not a crossover of Mushishi, I just used the name "Ginko" for the side character because I couldn't come up with anything else.

Kino finds a country full of nothing but artists. She explores the lifestyle and mindset of the country's citizens.

Which is the fear? Change, or no change?

Just how much does a traveller have to care about the people they meet in their travels? A brief encounter raises a most inconvenient question. Rated T for depiction of violence.

The conclusion of The Bird of Time, in which Yeirumis reads and ruminates upon Kino's memoirs.

Shizu and Riku come across a safe, peaceful town that almost seems too good to be true. But at what price does that safety cost?

A one-shot chapter I tried to do in the style of the Kino no Tabi novels. Hope you enjoy.

Kino comes across a curious land floating out at sea. But is it really as safe as it's residents believe? My third fanfiction of Kino's Journey so far. I wanted to keep it in the same style of the light novels, which are a must read. I find the writing style really appealing. Thanks for reading.

For the first time in a long time, Kino encounters a country that is truly terrifying- a country of horrors that she never could have expected.

The Bird of Time part one: Time flies, people change, and nothing can last forever, not even for Kino the Traveler.

Kino travels to a quaint town which she believes to be quite ordinary. However, not all is as it seems.

The Bird of Time part three: Wouldn't it be interesting to know how Kino's Journey... ends? Will she find a warm home and family, or will she perish in the cold? Will she travel on, until the years catch up with her? Will she reach the destination Hermes promised, or was she fated all along to go up in smoke?

The Bird of Time part two: Kino thought back to the stories Master had given her to read - in one, a person had panicked and frozen to death. Another protagonist had died by infection. More by thirst, quicksand, bog, crocodile, abandonment or betrayal. Now, Kino knew, she was in one of those stories, and despite all her efforts and preparation, fate had found her weakness!

Three men connected by a cruel twist of fate. Three relics forgotten by time. What should ever happen when they collide? Based on "Three Men Along the Rails"
