One of my first (terrible and unfinished) works, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Three months after the events of Durarara! X2, Shinra and Celty, like the married couple they are, decide to go on a date on a nice, sunny day.

After his final battle against Shizuo, a car accident leaves Izaya as less of a human than he was before. He must learn how to deal with the trauma, both physical and mental, from both incidents and move on with his life.

Shizuo had always hated Izaya, he was the reason why so many things went wrong in his life and that was the same reason he tried his best to avoid the damn flea, but that was sort of impossible seeing as Izaya was his brother. Varona managed to shoot Izaya during the final fight between him and Shizuo. Izaya manages to survive due to a stroke of luck, but isn't lucky enough to not still be shot in the head. Believed to be dead, and far from Ikebukuro, Izaya awakens, but he is not the same person he once was.. IN REWRITE!

Ikeburuko has become relatively safer with the absence of Orihara Izaya's meddling ways. Still, he remains a legend to many with others seeing him as misunderstood sociopath in need of dissecting. Almost everyone helps he never sets foot in the city ever again. No one knows that he's closer than they could ever think and much more bloodthirsty then ever before.[slight shizaya]

Shizuo and Izaya will never get along. But sometimes a spark goes off between them and they can't resist indulgence. There's a line that mustn't be crossed. Or else they may learn to love each other. Rated M for sexual content and language. One-shot.

It was a common known fact for anyone who knows Shizuo Heiwajima that he's fiercely protective of his younger brother. However, this isn't always a positive trait. When assaulted on his way home, Kasuka attempts to hide his wounds from the world for fear of the backlash that his elder brother will inflict. However, it is difficult to hide when his wounds are nowhere near minor.
