I was never happy with how the producers chose to end this series, so here is my version of their reunion. Although I currently only have the two one-shots from both POVS, I am playing with the idea of doing a series of vignettes, showing her reunion with some of the other characters. Mostly because I think it's totally unfair that they didn't show those as well.

After the wait is over, when Choi Young and Eun Soo finally reunited, their new journey begins. Sequel to 'Call of the Soul'

He felt a gut-wrenching pull on his heart. No matter how many times he told himself to be patient or that the pain was all in the past, his wounds from that day opened up anew. It wasn't the nearly mortal wound that almost killed him that day, though sometimes that acted up as well. It was the helplessness he felt - The ending to the ending - rated T just in case.

What if Dr. Jang had been alive? What if back-up for Choi Young had arrived in time? Just what if High Doctor, Eun Soo, didn't waver in returning to Goryeo to save and be with the General she loved while carrying strengthened faith in his survival? Had these factors been available, she could have returned sooner to Choi Young, and the ending to their love could have been different.

Heaven is a place on earth with you. (Sometime in the future, a moment between Eun Soo and Choi Young.)

Takes place immediately after the end of the series. My take on what their lives would look like after the series end and their love story continues. It will eventually be raised to an M rating. Explore the possibilities of their love story and their happily ever after with me.

Now that Eun Soo has come back, they have to decide what to do with her. Will Choi Young quit his position to protect her and live with her somewhere far away or will she take the position as the Heavenly Doctor again at the risk of them being together?

The romance of Choi Young and Eun Soo aren't all seen in the show. Sometimes it's off screen that they share something special. A collection of stories that are inbetween scenes in the actual show, as well as some stories that don't have a specific time frames. Will be turning into an M rated story eventually.

Doing continuations of some scenes, adding in just a bit of romance that probably didn't happen right then, but who's to say? We didn't see it so we can imagine it and shape it to what we like. It's at a T for now, but that could change at any chapter. Expect mushy to fluff to smut as I'm just letting my imagination take flight.

Tired from a long day of protecting the king and taking over the Eastern Headquarters, there's nothing more that Choi Young would like to do than to relax with his woman. He closed his eyes and dropped his clothes as he held her, simply held her to him, being accepted even with the blood of his enemies on him. Their bodies will meet as one tonight. A continuation of Episode 22.

Eun Soo has been captured by Gi Chul, and Choi Young is determined to save her. However, in return, he has to go against the King. He is troubled in whatever decisions he make, and do not know if he is doing the right thing.

This story is chronologically placed after "While I have been waiting" and a long awaited reunion depicted in "A wish upon a star". Eun Soo and Choi Young together at last and embark on a new journey of a life together. How will they deal with being a couple? Will they get married? What other adventures or difficulties lay ahead... If you like this couple, give this story a try.

Each story has a past in which characters endure harsh experiences, unique individuals, and unpredictable environments where ultimately it becomes how they will choose which road to take. Choi Young has enjoyed the calm yet austere life until his father's death triggers another path he must take. Obstacles are constant and he'll need to learn to rise above them.

Eun Soo finally meets Choi Young in modern day after several attempts to find him through the time travel tunnel. Choi Young had been reincarnated to modern day and showed no interest toward Eun Soo at first. But, both gradually develop their relationship.
