It's just another night in Gotham City. Just another seedy street. Just an empty alley and two boys with cigarettes, pinpricks of light between their fingertips.

This a narrative POV of Bruce's story in the DCEU till the end of BvS. I have taken a lot creative liberty since we weren't explicitly told a lot of his backstory. Some things I have assumed and some I have deliberately changed or added in myself. This is part 3 of the 'The Story So Far' series and will be the definitive final part. Damian has been kept from his family all his life. He knew of his heritage, from his mother's side anyway, but his father's side left a mystery to be solved. Things change when his father kidnaps him from his mother. He refuses to understand. He refuses to like him. Yet, the mystery lingers.

"This really isn't as bad as it looks." Which of course meant this was all about to really blow up in their faces. (Problem solving, Batfamily style.)

Robin and batman are pooking everywhere for the joker and decide they need to end it. Robin doesnt want to but he agrres with the dark knight it needs to stop.

Joker knows Batman's secret ID,&he's gotten Robin addicted to a pleasure enhancing drug. Bruce is left in critical condition. Dick stays to play Batman, Jason stays to kill the Joker,&Carrie is in the middle of a decade long feud. cw:rape, abuse&addiction.

He had made a promise to himself long ago. Never go out there with a vendetta. Never go out seeking vengeance. So what has changed? Was it because a pair of green eyes?

Tim tells his children a story to try to get them to sleep. Almost everyone is present in this tale, but what's unusual about them, they are all birds living in a large tree with a bat.

A story reflecting on the events that lead to Tim and Helena coming together and the little sense of normalcy it brings.

Two weeks after getting away from Ra's, Tim is still having a hard time getting over the ordeal. Bruce is doing what he can to help him recover, but he may not be the only one that's keeping an eye on him.

A vigilante chasing a cat themed thief across rooftops was nothing new for Gotham. Except this isn't Batman and Catwoman and Red Hood would rather not fall into his mentors habits. Too bad for him.

Dick can't say no to Damian. He's small, arrogant, and so dominant. Dick can't help but submit to him. Damian takes advantage of this and starts ordering Dick to do more humiliating and sexual things. Dick finds himself attracted to the bossy brat and is willing to do anything to keep his little prince happy. DamiDick.

an idea I had about urban legends in a part of Gotham City we don't usually read about. this is a first attempt at writing anything since probably elementary school, and its kinda off the top of my head, so don't judge it (or me) too harshly on the grammar or anything else, really. I've read a ton of great stuff here & maybe somebody will dig my dumb story.

Gotham wasn't just a city. No place was ever just a place. And soon enough, when so many living things come together, when so many cycles of life and death occur, when all the passion, thoughts and life settle over the land and its people, is it any wonder that magic would happen?
