Hei has been conflicted since his last mission, something he never thought could be possible for a contractor. Laying on his futon late at night, he replayed his encounter with the lady in blue. Something was wrong. I don't own Darker than black

Amber comes for him, after. It feels predatory, because that's what Contractors are: supernatural predators in human skin, heartless strangers where your loved ones used to be. But she makes her eyes look soft and her mouth curve unhappily on his behalf.

'You're too late,' she tells the snake that slithers out from the foilage above. 'I figured it out without you. And this man is already mine.'

Immediately after the fight with Harvest, Yin takes it upon herself to watch over Hei. (Partly Inspired by "Human" by Christina Perri) Oneshot for now

The Office #2. In which Hei tries to apply to the police. As himself.

A simple one-shot where Hei and Yin sort out the fact that they have feelings for each other.

This is a story about Xing and her brother and how they coped with the moon and stars vanishing and everything that brought the new sky. And of course, Xing's strange behavior afterwards, becoming slowly the Bai we 'know'.

Hei would do anything to protect his sister and he doesn't care if anybody else understands that. (That's a lie. He wishes, more than anything, that Pai herself could to understand.) / or: Hei is raped in front of Pai. She doesn't see what the big deal is.

Soon, she encounters a mysterious young girl and a familiar face. What results from that meeting could mean the end of the world.

Before passing out she remembered feeling her body releasing a small, illuminated, spiral spectre from the heart that materialized into the silhouette of a feminine human figure before fully incarnating the subject into a pink suited, lightly-pale greenish haired little girl with amber eyes.
