Peter never grew up with Ben and May. He grew up with HYDRA, trained and brainwashed to be even better then the Winter Soldier. He's lost all hope that he would ever be free, but maybe a bit of hope comes back when the Avengers are unknowingly sent to retrieve Peter. Maybe Peter will learn to be something other then a weapon. AU where the team talked out their issues like adults.

My take on some of the thoughts and feelings of a few characters after Tony's death. Warning, crying may ensue.

"Mr. Stark I need help, please!" Peter begged crawling backwards pathetically as Bucky strode towards him. "Kid, I'm stuck." Tony admitted defeatedly as he slammed a fist into the glass to test that theory. or Ross uses Bucky and Peter to try and drive a further wedge between Tony and Steve

Peter Parker was raised in Hydra. Spider was a Hydra special operative. Maybe deep down inside there was a hero, but Peter counted every action, every order he had ever carried out, and it judged him as a villain. Warning for the occasional gore, swearing, and generally adult themes.
