What if it wasn't Gatsby and Daisy that met before the war, but Nick and Jordan? Jordan is a young girl of 18 that is caught in the middle of her older and younger sister. However, one night, she meets a handsome soldier by the name of Nick Carraway who is stationed at Camp Taylor. What could conspire between the two before Nick heads off to war? Will they ever be reunited?

For a school assignment, we rewrote the ending to 'The Great Gatsby'; figured I may as well upload mine here. Nick x Gatsby. Rated M for violence.

One minor change can bear life and death to many, and perhaps Jay Gatsby outruns his treacherous fate. There are plenty of flowers in the garden, after all.

If the Great Gatsby had a 10th chapter, what would it be about? There are thousands of ways that it could have ended, but this is my take on the chapter and how I thought that it should have ended. I hope you enjoy reading it because I had a ton of fun writing it!

14 years after Gatsby's death, Nick takes in one of Gatsby's sisters and raises her as his own. She grows up to be a wonderful, charming woman who meets Pammy Buchanan, who like her mother is a belle, and is entangled in the hierarchy of old and new rich people. But Della just wants to get justice for her brother and revenge on those who ruined him.

Only a few years since Nick left New York, but putting the past behind is harder than it seems. Especially when Daisy comes to persuade Nick to return to New York. But where Daisy failed, another chance comes and it snatches Nick back to West Egg. Now that he's returned, just how much danger, trouble, romance and more can he get into?

The first thing she noticed was his beauty. His hair was blond and pushed back from his forehead, his skin held a golden tan, his eyes were sky blue and they were laughing even though his mouth was set in a displeased line.

A drabble set sometime after Daisy chooses Tom over Gatsby. Nick and Jay have a talk. Natsby if you want it to be.

Just some extremely short and terrible poems inspired by that of William Carlos Williams' poem "This Is Just To Say". It's recommended for one to read the latter before proceeding to become familiar with the form. This was an assignment for a former AP Lang and Comp class I had in 2017. Nothing special.

On the way back from the Plaza, Tom kills Myrtle instead of Daisy, and Nick and Jordan bear witness to it. Tom is beside himself in grief but is unwilling to go to jail or tell Wilson what happened. In a down spiral of desperation and fear, he coerces Nick and Jordan into a promise of silence surrounded by abuse, betrayal, and blackmail.

None of them will ever forget that summer;even as they go about their lives. For better, or for worse Jay Gatsby changed them. Whatever the case the roaring twenties is but the calm before the storm. They will all witness history being made;but for now they focus on healing the wounds left in the wake of Gatsby's death.

Anna Ruby, a wealthy ‘old money’ debutante, is immediately enamored with Nick Carraway. His heart is somewhere else though. Will she find love this summer, or will disappointment, and even a hint of death, come to her life?
