Zanga shaman Xma'Klee brings Challenger a mysterious crystal skull that may date back to ancient Mexico and the explorers visit the dreaded Tecamaya city of Xochilenque to discover its secrets and to look for treasure. Will they find riches, or be sacrificed on the altars of the savage tribe? Roxton must fight a bold foe in the arena and Ned proposes to Veronica.

The explorers join a war between the Amazons and cannibals. But to their astonishment, Queen Selena and the leader of the Men have become wary allies. Both visit a truce village where they seek normal relations between men and women. Ned learns of a child, to Veronica's pique, as Phoebe and Finn stare at each other as if looking into a mirror. Hippolyta menaces Marguerite.

A ghost from the past is in danger and only our adventures can save her. But will it cost a certain brunette beauty all that she has worked for with her friends? Set after Trapped but before Heart of the Storm.

The Treehouse women decide to celebrate Valentine's Day. Can they get the men to dress up and think of suitable gifts? Two Zanga girls attend, but Queen Sa'eera causes a stir after having too much rum, leaving Vee vexed with Ned. Can George make chocolate? Marguerite finally cooks!

Marguerite doubts herself as John's hunting partner after a stalk goes wrong. And she resents Finn being better in the jungle and usually accompanying Roxton to hunt. Moreover, she is vexed over seeing Finn try out some new dance moves on John. Will she demand that John and Finn stop hunting alone, and will it ruin her friendship with George and Finn? Will John accept her demands?

An imagining of what Season 4 could have been like. I'm sure it's nowhere near what the authors desired, but it's my story so I get to have fun :) Enjoy & please review. I've set the rating at T but it might change. I'm not sure what it really should be.

The explorers leave the Plateau. They wed in Rio, with M&R determined to repeat their vows in Avebury Cathedral. Has strong emotional content, primarily between M&R. Young Arthur Challenger accompanies his parents to England. Finn applies for British citizenship,, and she and Veronica are amazed at what they see of the big cities. Ned confronts Gladys.

Marguerite and Finn go after emeralds on a girls' day out expedition, but are stalked by bloodthirsty Xingu headhunters who've come to attack the Zanga. Can John and Veronica save them and the Treehouse? Intense M&R and other couples interaction.

Marguerite is lost in the jungle on the way home from the Zanga village, where Vee and Finn get in trouble for a sensual dance. Marguerite must avoid capture by hostile Indians and later, M&R are menaced by a T-rex. Relationships in the Treehouse are examined. Strong M&R sentiment and interaction.

Marguerite is separated from the others, and unless she can begin to grasp what they have shown her about being a family, she will never find her way home. (8 chapters, complete)

When Zanga shaman Xma'Klee brings Challenger a strange crystal skull, the group seeks its origins (and treasure!) in the Tecamaya city of Xochilenque. There, Roxton is forced to fight a savage opponent in the arena, as Marguerite screams in the stands above, a captive of the imperious emperor. Will they escape, richer, or die on the sacrificial altars of the Tecamaya?

Marguerite is informed of her true identity and goes to a reading of her late father's will. But others conspire to kill her. She meets her half- siblings, but will they welcome her, or join those who condemn her as a witch? Can John and the Challengers save her? Meet new continuing characters amidst grave peril!

A simple M/R scene - as always, because I miss them.

Others plan a party for the resident genius, but M&R's personal quarrel may ruin the occasion. John resorts to a drastic solution that may end his engagement to Marguerite. Assai and Queen Sa'eera bring gifts from Chief Jacoba, and G&F agree to conceive a child.

In the first of my safari-set Fics, Marguerite, Veronica, and other girls are taken by slavers. Will they be sent to serve the son of the evil Sultan who once owned Marguerite, or escape? What other dangers await the adventurers? Finn gets a secretary and faces death as she confronts an injured buffalo. New continuing characters are introduced.
