When Roger asks him to clean out his attic, Steve finds a box of ray guns which allow him to get absolutely everything that he has ever wanted, or in this case just one very special and maternal person.

Cheyenne Shaw moves to Langley Falls where she meets the Smiths, falls into forbidden love with Stan which Francine takes advantage of which only brings them closer once they accept their feelings for each other and remembers something about their past and soon can't ignore one another.

Principal Lewis has a fire plant to keep him warm in the winter, then it is seized by Zombies who live in the Vermont mountains. Stan is in disbelief and thinks Lewis is out for attention. Lewis disappears. While searching for Lewis Stan, Roger, Bullock, and Francine have to put up with Roger's hysteria due to mountain altitude.

On the day before the last day wanting to go out in style Roger throws a party that messes the place up not listening to Stan or Francine. Roger announces he ordered a fully functional vacuum that claims to be the best ever made. Is it?
