Catra must face her choices and deal with the consecuences, is there anything beyond her ambitions that might make her change her perspective about the war?

The dusty tomes in front of her haven't been opened in literally a millennia. The archives of Mystacor have always had hidden sections, books locked from sight. She doesn't know what's weaker really, locking power away, or refusing to destroy it. Such half measures. Or, the past repeats itself if you superimpose it on everything new.

"There is power in tradition," her sister says, studying a series of maps splayed out in front of her, "and strength in order. These are the foundations we build ourselves on." She looks up, her eyes meeting Frosta's steady gaze, blue on blue, ice on ice. "Don't forget that," she says, and Frosta doesn't.

Adora snapped to attention, saluting her in a gesture so sincere no one had the heart to tell her that was technically not correct. Perfuma waved, taking a sip of her herbal water- which, for all intents and purposes, was basically just cold tea. Bow was holding Glimmer's coffee while she moaned in agony at being woken so early, giving a half-hearted bow.

Catra feels she no longer has a place in the war after she defects from the Horde and moves to Bright Moon. "It's everybody's war," Adora reminds her. "You just have to remember what you're fighting for."

What if Catra was She-Ra? Catra finds the sword and decides to defect to the Resistance, Adora refuses to let her leave the Horde... not without her anyway... Catradora but its implied romance.

Catra found the skiff nearby, battered but seemingly operational, good news for the Vehicles Department. More intriguing, however, was the sword standing in the pool of eerie light beside it. [Reboot]

Adora attempts to take the reins from Sea Hawk, but he refuses. Then, in a whisper, he asks her to comfort Mermista, as he can't exactly give her a patent-pending Sea Hawk Hug while making sure they don't crash. Mermista cries herself to sleep in her shoulder. Perfuma keeps herself put together until they hit the trees, but soon after begins to sob into her hands.

Catra had imagined a hundred different scenarios in which she defeated Adora and ended the war; following an epic battle, or capturing her and bringing her to Hordak in chains, or even destroying the Sword of Protection. The one scenario she had never so much as considered was that Adora would surrender without a fight. And that made Catra furious.

Catra is reluctantly recruited by Adora to dethrone Hordak in exchange for an end to the War. But is Catra mature enough to preside over Peace in Etheria? Or will she succumb to her darker instincts until she drives away all her friends and the Peace is destroyed?

No matter how much Adora and Catra loved one another they were on opposite sides of a war, and that wasn't going to change anytime soon. But these brief snapshots, these stolen moments between them, made it all worth it.
