Years have passed since Rory has graduated and life has changed greatly for her. She has everything she could ever want, but will she chance her stable situation to have another chance at true love?

Oneshot set a few weeks after the Season 7 finale... Lorelai wakes up from a dream that encourages her to make some changes in her life.

After experiencing moderate success with her book, Rory has pretty much kept to herself, feeling a little shut-off from the world of her friends. Her singleton lifestyle doesn't match well with their family lives. Emily Gilmore has the wild notion that her granddaughter, Rory, should start looking to settle down. She sets her up on blind dates hoping that one of them will stick.

Rory still saw Dean as a safe port in a storm. Jess couldn't be that for her. Not right now, not when he bore a closer resemblance to the storm itself. He was being dashed on the rocks of his own failures, and he couldn't save her while he was drowning himself. The bus ride to California is long, and there's no escape from yourself.

This story was started several weeks ago, and I kind of abandoned it. So I went back and got my muse back and added a bunch more into this first chapter and changed some things around. This is Logan/Rory story, and will take place post revival.

Rory Gilmore is working for Mitchum when he gives her the story that will make or break her career: uncover the identity of Dodger. This story is a story about Luke and Lorelai marrying very quickly after being left with baby twins, to raise. It's set in season 1 and will go through the seasons. Rory will eventually meet Logan.
