My first fanfiction ever! This is my speculation about things happened after the Banana Fish ANIME ending, so SPOILERS WARNING! Also in my speculation it should be an ending different from the manga one :)

Despite the media's portrayal, vampires were not undead monster. Vampirism was an illness that struck unexpectedly. It woke up a second conscience within a human that desired blood. A story where Eiji is attacked by a vampire and Ash wants to find and kill them. However Eiji acting weird about the whole thing and won't give Ash information about the vampire. What is Eiji hiding?

(set after BF ending) Before Eiji and Ibe get on the plane to Japan, they overhear that Ash was sent the hospital after being stabbed. They decide to stay in America with everyone one to be there for the young gang leader while he recovers and find out how this came about in the first place. Will Ash recover? Will Eiji be able to be with his friend again?

Shorter's friendship with Ash is complicated.

"I've got killer's hands," Ash said quietly.
