When Yama discovers a long-abandoned project in the Arcadia's depths just waiting for the attention of someone who can bring it to life, he winds up getting Harlock's personal assistance on making it a reality.

En quoi croire, désormais, alors que ce droit leur est retiré? Certains abdiquent. D'autres préfèrent croire en des légendes encore véhiculées à travers la galaxie.

Découvrant que des criminels bien organisés se livrent à un trafic d'esclaves, Harlock décide de mettre un terme à leurs agissements. Cela l'entraine dans une aventure où bien des surprises l'attendent.
