William is taken hostage by Charlie and his gang but is that all there is to it or does Ben have another plan in mind?

William Evans is an eighteen year old boy who accompanies his father Dan on a mission to get legendary outlaw, Ben Wade on a train to Yuma to be hanged. Will ends up with night watch duty, and his crush on the renegade becomes painfully obvious.

Hollander's men are dying and Dan is being blamed. Ben Wade returns with nothing but a smile and a proverb, as if he and Dan had never been apart and he'd never killed a handful of men for seemingly no reason at all. Dan isn't sure what he should do despite knowing what's right; Ben is certain that he'll run away with him.

Rebecca Wade, Ben Wade's secret 16-years-old daughter, is found severly dehydrated and wounded near the Evan's ranch. The Evans take her in and heal her. When Rebecca finds out who is nursing her back to health, how can she face the gorgeous pair of blue eyes that are William's again, knowing that her Pa is responsible for Dan Evan's death?
