This is my first fan fic. I would appreciate constructive criticism so please review. It incolves one of the many hated characters in the Elfen Lied world. The first time I posted this there was a bunch of extra crap so I'm trying it again.

One foot in the grave, Lucy appears at the door of the Kaede House as they sit down for a somber dinner. A brief continuation of the events of the anime, to give it a longer and more fulfilling ending.

As a young boy looked out to what the world had become, it was filled with so much hate and sadness as they were on the brink of war. Overwhelming these feelings were as everyone was consumed by this madness. Observing this dreary world this young boy questioned, 'is there anything left worth saving' Sequel to the Butterfly Effect. based on Haru Glory's ' Second Chance' That he could not finish. Kouta is killed and some mysterious force takes him back in time to re-live as a little boy vacationing in Kamakura. Kouta has a chance for a re-do. What will he do with it?

With the death of Lucy it was believed for the Diclonius to have gone extinct. 14 months following the lighthouse incident the few surviving Diclonius along with the humans who know the truth try to live out their peaceful lives in a city that is rebuilding in the aftermath of Lucy's retaliation. New challenges and trials await them in this new life. Sequel to Herald of Damnation.

Rated T for Gore, Cursing, and mention of sensitive topics. Lucy has made a resolution to not kill for a whole year. So far, it's been swell. One day while she's working, a girl comes up bruised in several places. They take her in and for a while it's all innocent, but then problems start to occur, and it's up to Lucy to protect the girl and keep to her goal at all costs.

Necessity is the mother of invention. Human cruelty is boundless, when left unchecked. Lucy adapts the only way she knows how.
