Eva Beadle-Sims receives an urgent letter informing her that due to her marriage status that she must resign as the teacher of Walnut Grove school. Shortly after, a very familiar man in a black suit and a scowl on his face shows up at Oleson's Mercantile and warmly welcomed by Mrs. Oleson, and immediately re-hired as teacher of Walnut Grove without a school board meeting.

A still heartbroken Nellie Oleson is angry at her mother for forcing her and Luke Simms to get divorced. In retaliation, she begins hurting her family, more specifically her mother where it hurts most, the pocketbook. Not only that, but she's secretly seeing a new man that also has unfinished business against the Olesons and Walnut Grove.

TheTown is fussinng over a small matter and then Rev. Alden gets badly hurt and may need medical treatment. The town will need to put away their differences and help care for their Pastor (Shepherd)

Caroline gets worse and Charles thinks of a crazy scheme to go work on a steam boat as a telegraph operator for more money to pay Caroline's mounting medical bills.

This is after Caroline's first immediate surgery once she arrives at the hospital, everything seemed fine for a while after surgery but was it?

Continuing the story from Chapter one Caroline gets examined by doctor Baker and is required to go to a more sophisticated hospital like Rochester, Minnesota.

Caroline ends up in the hospital instead of Mary its a twist of To Live with Fear episode of season three. Charles even finds a different occupation that he has never done before in order to help pay the medical bills.

Set in between the regular story Sylvia Strikes Back. Albert Ingalls and his fiancee Sylvia Webb goes on a picnic. Albert takes her to their special tree with the carving they did. They proposed marriage to each other and they express their love. Warning MA. Plus, Albert and Sylvia are man and woman now after their ordeal with dead rapist Irv Hartwig. True Love!

In this alternate to the second part of the story "Sylvia" During the confrontation between Albert, Sylvia and the rapist Irv Hartwig. Hartwig is captured and stands trial for molesting Sylvia. Sylvia didn't fall and die she stands on her own two feet and lives to testifly against the "man in the mask" in court. See the outcome and the surprise in store for her and Albert.

Albert used to be so good with his words and could smooth talk his way out of almost any situation. But now his words are betraying him and there is no way Albert can talk his pa out of finally showing him some discipline.
