This story is told from a few POV's but mostly 1st person about an 18 or 19-year-old girl that comes up in the box in the same boat as everyone else. It starts in the middle of the action. (note to returning readers: some of the chapters have been updated or slightly rewritten.) OC is named after Rosalind Franklin to keep consistent with James Dashner's name scheme.

It's been a rough day and Newt just wanted to check on Thomas to make sure he was okay. Turns out Newts the one who needed to be taken care of.

Thomas is only twelve and suddenly finds himself in a world without memories, a world where fate seems intent on getting him killed.
