Even as Master Shredder's plan to control Mikey with a brain worm goes awry, one of his minions has formulated another quick plan. Mikey has been injected with a serum that reverses his age.

The turtles' life gets even stranger when a country girl discovers their secret and a threat from another dimension arises.
