The Alphans continue expanding their communities on Berg in Alpha Nova, but gets an unexpected visit from outer space. Story follows "Twin Planets" and while it is recommended "Twin Planets" be read first, it is not essential. Season 1 characters, pairing Victor and Helena. After the events in Y1, the Alphans move to underground facilities as the moon enters a massive nebula filled with deadly radiation. But the one holding the key to their survival goes missing during the transfer - Helena.

It has happened. A new home on a wonderful world has finally been found. Yet, as John Koenig reflects on this incredible and much deserved development, others are preparing for something less joyful.

She lifted her arms in supplication to the sky and tilted her face, eyes closing as the raindrops splashed onto her skin and slid down like tears of joy. It was a moment before Koenig could respond, so taken was he with the sight of her exposing a rare inner playfulness. [John/Helena, collection of vignettes from both series. Can a couple survive the trauma of near death AND betrayal, despite their growing attraction? This is a Valentine's Day Space: 1999 fiction!

When visiting the science department, a machine backfires turning John Koenig into an 8 year old boy. Can Maya, Tony and the others change him back before his mind turns as well.

All seems good and Koenig, recently getting over a trauma and a sad personal development, find himself falling for their ruler's beautiful daughter. Could this be the world they have been waiting for? If not, will John stay anyway or return to Alpha - and Helena?

An alien entity has stopped the moon and Alpha in space. Only one Alphan can save them but it will be a personal and painful journey. Dedicated to Barbara Bain (Dr. Helena Russell). Congratulations on receiving your Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!

An odd set of circumstances has Dr. Russell believing something mysterious and alien is happening on Moonbase Alpha. Is she right or is it simply the result of a head injury?

After John, Helena and Alan return from the earth in the past, John finds himself plagued with nightmares. Will Helena be able to assure him that she isn't going anywhere and that everything was alright.
