New system, new planet, new dangers.

Oneshot: After nearly freezing to death on the Jupiter 2, Go Fish wasn't Judy's go-to game. Still, if the robot was going to play cards, she might as well start simple.

Oneshot: The Robinsons were family. The family of the Jupiter 2 stayed together, and that included Don West. So for years, he'd been part of the family in a figurative sense. At Alpha Centauri however, as red tape reared its ugly head, the question was whether it would be worth making him part of the family literally.

The Robinsons have just arrived in a new binary system and danger is closer than they think.

Oneshot: Jupiter was the largest planet in the Sol system. So why name itty bitty space pods after it?

Bending the timeframe, this is set after the fuel is lost. Another trip to the wreck of the Resolute is undertaken. NOTE: Formatting was corrected.

Oneshot: Penny wasn't a mechanic, her ability to put wheels on the Chariot notwithstanding. But she had to do something. Because she could see that her sister was broken...

The first meeting of Robot and Will Robinson from Robot's perspective.

"Okay planet that we never bothered to name…" Over three years after Maureen Robinson spoke those words to the first planet they'd come across after leaving Earth, Don names a new one while he and Judy are on a scouting mission that has them spending the night out of the ship.

Robot nods his head, his other hand coming up to cup the back of his head. It makes him feel safe. It reminds him of the times his parents weren't fighting. Images of when he accidentally walked into his parents doing things they would want him seeing. Of them naked and moving together.

Like every mechanism, [sleep], too, seemed prone to faults. Will Robinson seemed to be developing one such. (Nightmare/Comfort)

A young soldier crash lands on an uncharted planet, only to be taken in by the Robinson family. (Based on an alternate reality where there were no other survivors and the Robinsons are permanently stuck on the planet.)

So, the NetFlix reboot of Lost In Space established that the eldest Robinson daughter, Judy, was from a previous relationship of Maureen's, but the show never explicitly said why. So, unless this gets contradicted in Season 2, this is a vague idea I have about how that all might've happened.

(Spoilers for Season 1) They all knew that the Robot had to come from somewhere. Someone out there somewhere built him for a specific purpose, which probably wasn't protecting a child. His creators had to be out there and they probably built more. And those alien people probably would not be happy that the people on the Jupiter-2 were in possession of their creation.

Maureen finds out she's pregnant just weeks after they're sucked into the black hole. It's the worst possible time and not exactly happy news for numerous reasons.

Judy proposes, and she and Don decide to marry right away.

Don freaks out ten seconds after realizing he's in love with Judy.

The Robinsons stick together. In the aftermath of the failed fuel-salvage attempt (Episode 7), Judy and Will get to discuss which of them is the most (and least) useless.

A theory that explains away the easter egg in the first episode of the reboot. Spoilers inside featuring tragedy, Will Robinson, The Robot, Doctor Smith, and the makings of how a name became a identity. Which makes the reboot a AU. This could totally fit in canon.
