Wilson A Percival is trapped within a strange new reality by a device he created and must find a way home. Along the way, he will encounter unearthly forces and strange friends, but will he make it home? This is my own take on the world and story of the Don't Starve universe, so I have made a few tweaks and changes to the canon.

Wilson has been trapped in Maxwell's world for years, struggling to survive with the other lost souls imprisoned in his sick game. After trials and hardships, it seemed to the small group that escape was only an illusion. But one fatal blunder from Maxwell might have suddenly changed all the rules. For there is a new ruler who sits upon the throne…

In the countless years since he was dragged into The Constant, Maxwell has begged his captors four times. As his pleas fall on uncaring ears, he resorts to increasingly desperate measures to escape his torturous captivity. Content warning: includes mentions of death and suicidal desires.

Call them displaced entities. Say they're out of phase with our reality. But please, whatever you do, don't call them ghosts; that just offends Wilson as a scientist. The guy they hired to get the yuppies out of their house doesn't help matters either. Don't Starve rewrite of Beetlejuice.

Wilson is dropped on a mysterious island and given an ultimatum: find Maxwell and have everything go back to normal, or die trying. Other survivors are found along the way, but there is more to this island than meets the eye. Strange, corrupted creatures roam the land, looking to stop them at every turn. Finding Maxwell may prove to be more difficult than anticipated. (More inside)
