A ShOliver fanfic in set in an Alternate Universe

This story is a "companion" piece to One In A Million focusing on Shane and the dinner at Montaldo's.

Shane O'Toole is asked by a friend to help deliver an item of great sentimental value to its owner, whose current residence is unknown. Throughout their mission, the POstables attempt to mend heartaches from the past and restore hope for the future.

Now complete! This story follows the thoughts and off-screen action of the characters in the episode "Time to Start Livin'". For those that have not read it, my previous story, "Chronicles of the DLO: The Merry Mix-Up" is a companion piece to this one and precedes it, as it follows the Pilot movie. This is an attempt at stories about our heroes sharing the letters that Shane wrote Oliver. I think the great Martha Williamson would have all the letters read between them at the DLO – as in a great play that takes place in a single room. I haven't accomplished that. Nevertheless, I hope that you enjoy reading these as we await the next installment of the real SSD.

This story contains flashbacks that primarily follow the wedding in Final Delivery. Those memories are set within a story that follows the scenario set in chap. 11 of Rightful Heirs. However, you can follow it without having read those 2 stories. It's a love story seen through the eyes of Shane and Oliver as they parent 2 children. The characters belong to Martha Williamson.

Valentine's Day one-shot story

Shane gets in a minor dangerous situation and Oliver takes such good care of her. Eventually though, Oliver can't contain his fear or worry anymore and he becomes very vulnerable.

This will be a compilation of poems that I've written in dedication of SSD.

This story directly follows Higher Ground. The Postables find a lost letter that lead them to go to extravagant lengths in order to ensure it gets to its intended recipient more than a year later. Shane and Oliver find the contents of the letter and its delivery touch them on a personal level and bring them closer together.

The DLO 'Dear Santa' project is in full swing as Oliver & Shane prepare to spend their first Christmas together following their engagement. Shane's mother & sister are coming to visit. The characters and inspiration belong to the gifted Martha Williamson and I Corinthians 13. I think it is slightly intense in places or deals with subject matter not for children. That is why I am rating it T.
