Virgil has it pretty good. Good friends, a loving family, and teachers who support him. That all flies out the window when he gets tangled up in the world of vigilantism. Now it's up to his quick thinking and some help from his friends (and enemies) to save the city. AU where the characters are smarter and actions have consequences.

Meet Yukiko Yamamoto, the heir to the Yamamoto fortune. She's a shy, and intelligent girl who just transferred into Dakota High. She meets Richie, and becomes thrown into a love triangle when Richie falls for her, and she for Hotsreak. Gear and Static also have problems with a new meta-human named Snow-child. unbeknownst to both parties, Yukiko and Snow-child share a cold secret.

After moving to Dakota a young man with a green thumb is exsposed to the bang-babie virus and reigns terror in the city all in the name of nature. it's up to Static and Gear save the day. can they convince the flower child to turn over a new leaf?
