Richard's life changes dramatically when a new person enters it.

Set after Series 2, Episode 8 (AU) Richard meets someone important, and Camille gets to know her boss from a rather different side…

They had gone out for drinks after the case. Not only that, but it was one of the few times that Richard had actually tagged along with them. And, not only that, but it was one of the fewer times that Richard actually had more than one drink. (Gift fic for Mischievous Misquotations series)

What really happened between Camille and Richard during the night of Hurricane Irma?

Florence's reflection of 4x05 - DI Goodman is trying too hard to stay busy, and Florence thinks she might know why. (Spoilers if you haven't seen the episode yet).

Begins in S. 2 / Episode 8 as Richard leaves for London. Both Richard and Camille go through some emotional turmoil while he's gone and wonder about the future. Both of them look for advice in different places. Rated 'M' for late chapters. Published before on AO3

Camille is getting restless and looking for alternatives to staying on Saint Marie. Begins with series 4. Camille feels she needs a new challenge - staying on Saint Marie after Richard's departure isn't a real option any more. The past catches up with Richard and Camille.

Humphrey had a surprise for Camille but the surprise turned into something that he didn't quiet expect to happen. This is a work of Fan Fiction using the characters from Death in Paradise. I do not claim ownership. The story I tell here about Humphrey and Camille is my own invention. This is also my first ever Fan Fiction. Enjoy ( I hope ).
