For Cathy, her troubles begin when her father dies. The strangeness begins with a strange friend of her father's whom she has never met, but who takes them in before they can be taken into the manor to become the flowers of the attic... instead, the counterculture comes soon to them all. Author note: This is only my second attempt at writing a story that it based on a series of books but this story is more based on the movie seeds of yesterday. As a considerable amount of other Dollanganger saga fans felt that Cathy and Chris' first time together was wrong because of all the tender feelings building up to it, so did I. So I re-wrote it. It's the first chapter in this multi-short story compilation of Chris and Cathy's life together when they discovered that love is worth more than any amount of money can buy.

Bart Foxworth is contacted by Bartholomew Winslow's only surviving child, Adam Winslow. This means an older half-brother for Bart. Maybe this will be a chance at a true sibling relationship on the other side of his family, untainted by the incestuous Dollanganger bloodline. Cathy has a Plan

As soon as they were asleep Chris started kissing my neck. "Let's go to bed my love." He picked me up and took us to the old mattress in the attic we crowned as our "Marital bed". I had cleaned it up and covered it with old white sheets that I had washed in the tub and a quilt made from the clothes we no longer used. My Sir Christopher, make love to me. As you wish my lady.

Everyone knows what happened when Carrie ran into Corrine on that fateful day in Charlottesville, but what about Corrine? How did SHE feel when she saw her youngest child?
