Bill agrees, but not for the reason you might think. Bill's noticed something amiss with the teen, and takes a gamble to find out what it is, and he ends up getting lucky. Dipper and Mabel have made it to Piedmont and are regaling to their parents their summer in Gravity Falls, when the Pines' are hit by a drunk driver. Having survived Weirdmaggedon, Dipper and Mabel enter a new nightmare where their parents are killed, leaving them orphans. Thankfully, they have a couple of grunkles who would never leave them alone.

Stan reflects about losing Ford to the portal, and how his family doesn't know that they mourned the wrong son.

However, when rope bridges don't work as they're supposed to, their day takes an unexpected turn and one of them might not make it back. Warning for major character death.

Looking for something to give to Soos and Melody for their wedding day, Dipper, Mabel and their friends come across a fairy princess in need of help, offering magical gems in exchange. But as is so often the case in Gravity Falls, things are not as they appear and this adventure won't be as simple as they first thought, especially not when revenge is involved.
