It has been sixty years since the Vaygr War, the battered Hiigaran nation has rebuilt it's strength and now truly influences the post-Bentusi galaxy. The Cavalier-class light corvettes were the first multi-crew combat ships the Kushan ever built... despite being obsolete, they were reactivated in desperate circumstances and served with distinction, but at heavy cost. Years later, the last remaining Cavaliers are finally about to stand down for good- but before they do, they will be called to action one last time... (Complete)

The story of the Kiith Somtaaw never finished, they have yet another task ahead of them. The Kuun-lan has been upgraded since its last encounter with the beasts, but now a new enemy has awoken from their sleep, an ancient evil that will now challenge the Kuun-lan and its crew to their limits.

Kara is a young woman making a living as a privateer in the remains of the old imperial holdings, much of the area having reduced to independent systems. As a child of a Hiigaran mother and Taiidani father, she is not welcome in most civilized sectors of space, which suits her just fine. Yet what will she do when a new foe threatens the very freedom she holds dear?

After the Exodus, and the long journey through the galay, the Kushan finally reached their destination - Hiigara. The colonists aboard the mothership, who silently travelled with the fleet as the last remains of a people have been unfreezed recently, giving them the privilege to life in the promised land. But some would rather not want to have this privilege.

The comatose Delophane Vamaii is captured in her own psyche and re-experiences the terrors of past deep within the vast nebula known as "Curse". After a terrifying setback, her Tenreii fleet orders a full retreat from the infested Mothership and she is soon after reassigned to an unusual allied clanfeet of Turanic Raiders as a sole liaison officer...

It has been two years since the Vaygr were defeated over Hiigara. The war for freedom, is over. But with the looming millenia of peace, the heartfelt pain of loss is upon us all. The sacrifice of the Bentusi, the deaths of thousands because of one mans lust for power...
