Twenty Truths Of Tsume Inuzuka

1) Tsume had her first child, Hana, at the age of 18. Five years later she had Kiba when she was 23. Many people said she was to young during Hana's pregnancy and that she should wait until she was married. Others told her this would end her shinobi career. Tsume did not listen to any one of them. After all, what do a bunch of men know? She proved them wrong too. Not only did Tsume become a tokubetsu jonin by the age of 21 she was also clan head by the age of 24.
2)Tsume's genin team consisted of Shibi Aburame and civilian born shinobi who would later become the father of her children. So, it wasn't much of a surprise when Kiba was put on a team with Shibi's son. Though the Hyuga girl was not what Tsume had expected for her son's third member.
3)Hana and Kiba's father was never a steady presence in their lives. He never wanted kids and although he tried at first with Hana it was too much. He would visit occasionally but after leaving Hana and Kiba alone during the nine-tails attack Tsume made sure he knew never to come around again.
4)Tsume and Shibi weren't very close when they were young, even as teammates, they were just barley friends, but after their sons became teammates and best friends the two of them started to talk again and eventually gained a real friendship.
5)Tsume didn't become clan head of the Inuzuka through being an heir like other clans. Instead the Inuzuka chooses the next clan head by skills. Tsume just happened to be the most skilled.
6)Tsume has heard other clans talk about how 'progressive' it is of the Inuzuka clan to have a female head, but for the Inuzuka its completely normal. For as far back as the clan records go there has been just as many female heads as male heads in her clan. The Inuzuka recognize strength and loyalty and know better than to let a little thing like gender get in the way of someone's potential.
7)Tsume is one of the strongest Inuzuka in her clan's history but she knows both her children have the potential to pass her. Hana probably already would have if she didn't decide to focus more on her healing/veterinary skills than combat. Not to say her daughter wasn't a badass, she was of course. I mean she is Tsume's daughter, she just had different goals. Kiba, though, he loved to fight and by the time he was twenty Tsume knows he had surpassed her. Hell, the kid had already become a better tracker than her by the time of the war.
8)Tsume enjoys make up. She would call it her guilty pleasure if everyone didn't already know about it. It's not like you can keep a secret when everyone sees you wearing it daily.
9)Tsume's best friend is her ninken, Kuromaru. This would probably be considered weird if Tsume was anyone other than an Inuzuka.
10)Tsume is a hot head. She knows this about herself very well. But Tsume is also a shinobi and she knows how to keep her calm and plan. It's a skill that took a bit longer to teach to her son.
11)People think she named her daughter Hana because it means flower, but please, she's an Inuzuka. She named her daughter Hana because it can also mean nose.
12)Tsume adores her son's' teammates. Despite the fact they are so different than Kiba the three make a great team and she knows there isn't anything they wouldn't do for each other. This is what it means to be pack.
13)Tsume is an Inuzuka and thus is very pack orientated. Her most immediate pack are her kids and Kuromaru followed by her clan. Before Konoha was formed it was rare for any Inuzuka to see an outsider as pack but these days they considered every citizen of Konoha pack.
14)Despite considered Konoha part of her pack Tsume and being a shinobi of said village knows that at the end of the day if it really came to it, she would always put her kids first. Despite her clan's similarities to their ninken they are only human.
15)The abilities of the Inuzuka nose are incredible. By the time Tsume was a genin she had already used its sense of smell to memorize the scent of all her clan. By her jonin promotion Tsume could recall the scent of all her fellow Konoha shinobi.
16) Unlike her daughter Tsume has never learned how to tame her hair. Frankly she doesn't care either.
17)Tsume knows she's not the strongest clan head in Konoha and yet she also knows that none of them can track like her. Hiashi and Shibi would be able to keep up with their clan's abilities if they bothered to develop those skills but the two had instead chosen to focus on other skills.
18) The Inuzuka human beast combination is a very hard skill to learn and only a few ever master it. Tsume was one of them and she used this technique to help hold back the nine-tails until the fourth Hokage arrived and sealed it. Both Kuromaru and her still have scars from that fight.
19) Tsume has never cared if her children become the strongest. But she will make sure they are strong enough to survive anything the world throw at them no matter how much they may complain.
20) Like any adult there are things in her life Tsume would change. But her kids, clan, and village would never be one of them. However, the tattoo she got as a teenager. That she would change
There isn't much information on Tsume so I based it off the wiki and what I've read in fanfiction. I can't recall if the anime shows Inuzuka helping to hold off the kyubi but I know it does in some games so I just decided to add it.
