Lady-Angel-Sanada-Doji-Date to answer your question, yes, Leia and Luke do know that they're siblings. They just haven't had a chance to touch the subject yet. They will now!
Leia's POV
Han and Chewie ran to the cockpit right as the Jedi Master came aboard.
She was too tired to follow. She just sat at the table next to Luke.
He gave Leia a bewildered look."So we're siblings, right?"
She nods her head.
"How do you know?
"I read a DNA test."
"Did you take it with you?"
"No, I left it in the cell."
"Oh."
There was awkward silence.
"So... what gave you the idea to take the test?"
"It wasn't my decision Luke, I didn't even know I wasn't related to the Organa's."
"So who took it?"
She hesitated. "Vader."
Luke immediately jumped up. "Vader? You can't trust Vader Leia! You of all people should know that! Why are you even considering what he told you?"
"Because I know he's telling the truth Luke! Even datapad says it!"
"I wouldn't trust him, or the datapad! Who knows if he hacked it! I don't believe him, definitely after he killed my father!"
"I know I can trust him Luke! And who told you he killed your father?" She asked, surprised on how Luke could even think that.
"Ben."
Her face scrunched up, confused. Do I know a Ben?
"I mean Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. I know I can trust him because he's some Sith!"
She was tacken aback from his claims. But why would Obi-Wan tell Luke lies? She thought on it. But what if he's telling the truth? What if Darth Vader actually did kill our real father? But then why would the DNA test say they were the same person? She rebuked herself. Why would Vader let me go if he didn't care about me? Why am I doubting him?
"Here, I'll prove it to you," Luke suggested. "Ben, can you come over here?"
I have a bad feeling about this.
The Jedi Master came from where he was sitting. "Yes Luke?"
"Did Darth Vader kill my father?"
Obi-Wan looked uncomfortable. "Well… um… you see An-"
Han rushes into the hold area, "Come on, we're not out of this yet!
They all run to the cockpit, and Kenobi looks relieved.
"Get into positions! Ties are chasing us!" Han yells.
Luke and Han run to the guns, as Leia heads for the cockpit.
It's only two of them… but why? There are usually ten or more…
The two TIE Fighters are in attack formation. They're about to shoot!
But before they can shoot, Han and Luke get them first.
Chewbacca doesn't waste anytime going into the safety of hyperspace.
"Why were there only two of them?" Han asked, confused.
Nobody responded.
She was silent for a few seconds before remembering what they were talking about a few minutes before. Glaring at Obi-Wan, she says, "Come one, I think we need to continue our little conversation."
Vader's POV
He just took a massive risk. He Force pushed all the Storm Troopers.
Once the stormtroopers recovered, they looked confused to why the were suddenly half way across the hangar.
"It was the Jedi," he simply stated. They believed him.
He walked out of the hangar, going to the control room.
Tarkin was there, ordering the TIE's to chase after Leia. "Send ten of them out. We can't allow them to escape!" He ordered.
I won't allow her to get captured again.
Waving his hand, he ordered, "You will only use two TIE Fighters to capture the ship."
"I will only send two TIE fighters to capture the ship." The Grand Moff repeated.
"Yes sir," the stormtrooper replied.
He watched as the TIE's chased the ship. And he watched them blow up.
The ship jumped into hyperspace.
She's safe.
