Chapter 12
The morning started. Carpet took all his strength together to fly on, but for a moment he did not pay attention, he was too tired. He caught a bird that crashed with him to the ground. "Hey, listen to you Sunday flyer," croaked the bird, who was none other than Iago. Abu immediately recognized the croaking, annoying voice and embraced Jago stormily. Jago tried to keep him away from his body. "Get away from me you flea circus. What's wrong with you?" Abu let go of him and squealed, while he tryed to show what has happened.
Jago's beak was open as Abu ended his story. "We must go to Cassim quickly, he can certainly help you!" Without hesitation, they followed Jago to Cassim. Jago told him Abu´s story. Cassim clenched his hands into fists. "That damn Saluk! We have to help Aladdin, Jasmine and Genie. As fast as possible. "Abu screeched again, he taking something out of his jacket, the ball in that was Genie caught. The moment Carpet flew in on Saluk, he took the chance to take the ball from him. He proudly handed her over to Cassim. "You're are very clever," smirked Cassim, while he taking the ball.
I woke up after the sun was shining through one of the many holes. I pushed myself against a wall to see better. I felt like Arielle when she wanted to be human. I did not have much time to linger in this thought, Armon pulled me back into the cave. With folded arms, I was pulled back again. Since I arrived here I always stuck in a cave, that can not go on like this. Anyway, I no longer felt like belonging to some mysterious plan that I knew nothing about. Armon set me down in front of a table that is already richly stocked with various seafood. Skeptically, I looked at the selection. Once when my dad cooked spinach, I thought he had fished algae out of the pond and served us, that was disgusting back then. And here I was actually served algae. I could not resist a choking. With a lot of effort I pecked out what was just so edible for me. If only because I was hungry, and as one says so beautifully, the hunger drives it in, as well as this case.
After I was full, I look around. Saleen was nowhere to be seen. Maybe a chance to get away from here. Now it was only Armon. How I should come to the surface, I wanted to occupy myself later. Hmm how practically the carpet had designed the Saleen, looked like a fishing net. Quite tasteless, considering she lives under the sea and can catch some of her fish friends with this rug. And now I really wanted to catch one to get away from here.
At the ends of the rug I attached some eyelets. I bent one of the forks to a hook. The net I attached demarcated to the sleeping area. I stayed in this room too, because here was the hole where I swam up a short time ago. Hopefully it worked. "HEY ARMON, I'm swimming away." I shouted to him, he had spent the whole time cleaning Saleen's room. After all, I was able to build my trap in peace.
Immediately Armon rushed towards me. And indeed he got caught up in the net. I quickly came to him to connect the eyelets, but he shook himself so hard that I was unable to grasp all four eyelets. Almost, but only almost, I reached the last, but Armon freed me a ratchet from the net. The carpet is probably just a cheap decoration. But I did not give up, I dived under Armon and was back in the bedroom. He followed me, I grabbed the hammock, pulled it away from me and Armon got tangled up in it. To my luck, the material of this seemed to be a lot more stable than the carpet. Because all his tearing did not help him to come out of it, it only meant that he knotted more into it.
I used my chance to escape the hole from this cave. My first successful escape attempt. In my dreams, I forgot to swim in the right direction. Some time later, I had to stop and ask myself where I am, great.
Saleen was very happy about the good plan. For her, a post as a consultant for Ursula jumped out as soon as she is the ruler of the seas. Then she could sink as many ships into the depths of the sea as she wished. Finally no more restrictions. She turned a pirouette for joy. Now she had no desire to swim home, Armon would certainly take good care of the girl. She wanted to ruin a few more people now. She nourished the beach. Here were always some people, as well as Aladdin and his friends back then. She was still seething with rage at the thought as he dumped her back then.
From a safe distance she saw figures, when Morgana's words shot into her head, "Beware of the colors red and blue." That's what she saw now, red and blue, rather a small red spot and a larger blue one. She went on some distance. Should it be something? No, that's silly, just a coincidence ... but if not? She appeared behind a rock and turned into a human. She stayed there and listened to the conversation.
