12. Allegations
You…. you did this….you thurst this child upon me…..mudblood...granger Hermione….draco….
Draco Malfoy woke up sweat dripping from his forehead only to see professor Snape sitting in a corner. And zabini in the other.
Blai.." Draco tried to speak but the voice did not come out. Blaise understanding the situation hastily got up and offered him a glass of water.
Draco emptied the glass completely unaware of the watchful eyes of one professor Snape.
"Mr Malfoy, would you like to explain something?" Snape's voice brought Draco out of his unfocused mind.
And that was it. Blaise's nod told draco that the secret was now revealed.
"Who else knows?" Was the only thing Draco could ask.
"Well its just me till now Mr Malfoy..but sooner or later everyone will when miss granger begins to show up." Said professor Snape in a no nonsense tone.
" Mr Malfoy, did you really think that you could handle the situation as critical as this alone ...that too with Mr zabini." Draco could sense the temper in professors tone.
"Profess...began draco but was interrupted by a very angry Snape"Mr Malfoy you could be sent to azkaban for this...do you have any idea how ridiculously you and miss granger have handled the situation till now..for merline's shake she is pregnant and that too with your child conceived by rape.."
"But professor i dont remember anything why?" And draco vomitted as the images of the night came to his mind.
"I never said you did it Mr. Malfoy..i mean it was you but you were under the influence of a very high level black magic. Well atleast your eyes said it all."
" Professor you used legilimency on me?" Asked an agitated draco
"I had to mr Malfoy. Since you have been unconscious for two days and miss Granger was getting worse ..you think i dont notice my students Mr Malfoy!"
"Sorry professor i should have come to u earlier" replied an irritated Draco who now wanted to see Granger desperately.
Snape sensing the situation moved the curtains..and there lied Hermione Granger on the bed opposite to Draco's.
"Miss Granger is doing fine for now Mr Malfoy" "much needed healing portions have been given to her.
And indeed draco could make out that she looked better than previously..some of the colour has returned to her cheeks.
" Yes Mr Malfoy i know everything about the pregnancy risks and your relation with it" and i suggest that until the things comes into everyones light ...miss granger is your responsibility.. because things are just going to get tough from hereon." And professor Snape's tone indeed said that it was going to get very tough.
With that professor Snape left the room..leaving a dazed Draco looking at Hermione's womb where the child resided..
