Author's note: Temporary Hiatus
I really hate doing this, especially as I haven't posted a chapter in four months. I have not forgotten this story and I want to continue it, but I hate leaving any readers in limbo over the next chapter.
My health has taken a rather dramatic downturn and doctors have yet to figure out what's wrong with me. My primary care doctor has been working on it for three years without success, and I'm now on my third specialist. Just got the call from the third one that – once again – all my labs are coming back normal. (Excuse me while I go have another break down…)
Top all that with a miscarriage I had two months ago and in no way, shape, or form do I have the mindset to write right now, no matter how much I want to.
As cliché as it sounds, I will be back. I am not going to abandon this, because there still seems to be a lot of interest from readers, even with my absence, and I'm just as invested in seeing how this story progresses and ends. Please don't give up on me or the story just yet.
