In Belnargo where Mukuro and his boys are, they overheard it after having just arrived.

'Oh my, that's terrible!'

'Yeah, so Tsunami Em Sawada declared her Blacklisting of Sadera to protect the newly-minted Doctors and Sages or they'll be killed just for going there if they say they ain't loyal to Zorzal!'

'Given Zorzal's reputation is that any surprising?' came a sarcastic snide remark. 'Wasn't he barbecued three years ago after trying to subjugate the Warrior Bunnies?'

'The Pro-Peace Faction Imprisoned or killed by the Pro-War Faction...will there be a Subjugation War on our future by that bastard?'

'We won't stand for that, naturally! Why would we kneel before that idiot? He can't even gain respect in court, much less lead a bunch of Trolls and they're already stupid!'

'This Empire's going to the dogs, I tell you!'

'No dice there!'

'What about Crown Prince Diabo and Princess Pina? How the hell did Zorzal take over?!'

'They say Crown Prince Diabo ran away while Princess Pina stayed for damage control and protecting the politicians from the other side of the gate from her idiot brother. Otherwise those men in green's iron pegasi are gonna waste the city!'

'Princess Pina might be the only competent sibling in the bunch...but she has no power now.'

'Hooo? That's interesting.' Mukuro mused. They had been to Sadera BEFORE that happened.

They had many adventures on the road after stealing stuff they needed. A wagon, pillows and blankets, supplies of food and medicine, spare clothes and shoes and weapons for their own use as well as Horse Feed incase no grass around for their horse to munch on.

'This world might be headed for war, Mukuro-san.' said Chikusa worriedly.

'Indeed. This is but the calm before the storm.' Mukuro mused. 'We better go back to Sadera and decide if our fun will come to an end or not.' he told his followers. 'We will rest here for two days after we explored Belnargo and go back there for intel.'

Its bad enough that the Vongola Alliance got wind of Iemitsu's Family Situation, Fon made contact after he got clearance.

In fact, he paid a personal visit to the mansion.

'I take it we have further bad news?' Timoteo sounded griping as the past few weeks, were hard on him.

'I do apologize as one tasked by the Vindice to watch over your heiress.' said Fon. 'Daemon Spade crossed over, basically broke Omerta by teaching Tsunami-chan about Vongola and naturally, Itami Youji reported to his superiors that a Ghost is teaching their young ward how to be a Mafia Lady and taught about Flames to Itami Youji's group as they were on a mission to explore the Special Region for Resources.' he said dryly. 'So now, no mafioso is welcome in Japan. It's you, VS a government determined to do right by her.'

Timoteo's jaws dropped.

'How the hell is he still alive?!' Timoteo howled in shock.

'Well, he apparently gathered his Mist Flames to create a Flame Body for himself after he died, and maintains his existence by absorbing Wave Energies of clueless inactive Mists in the Military.' said Fon. 'The Vindice is furious he could break Omerta and get away with it as there was no way to arrest a ghost.'

'Merda! The known traitor of the Founders teaching her?! This doesn't bode well for us all...' Timoteo moped. 'Vongola's bloody history will continue!' however, he has other ideas that will never come to pass.

'What of Iemitsu?'

'Sigh, that fool caused a lot of trouble. We lost a lot of respect among our allied bosses with his actions.' said Timoteo in disgust. 'Vongola's future is up in the air now and I'm not getting any younger. He thinks marriage is just playing house. That his wife and his daughter are merely things of convenience as Tsunami is a Vongola by blood. By popular demand I have to deal with him.' he grunted as Fon was angered by the revelation. Tsunami was THIS CLOSE to becoming a tool of convenience in Vongola's power struggles! If she became Decimo, he realized, Nana will be a hostage against her if she doesn't act according to Vongola's will or rather, Iemitsu's will even if Reborn tutored her.

Reborn might never get the chance to tutor Tsunami as Daemon Spade's taken over her education. He had no idea which is better for the girl, given Vongola's history.

'That man had better be dead.'

'I made arrangements.' Timoteo grunted. 'And now CEDEF is cleaning house.' he said before sighing. 'Vongola against a whole country...is it?'

That did not paint a good picture at all.

'Is it possible to send representatives to the other side?'

'They'll arrest any foreigner who showed interest in Tsunami-chan. Try again.'

'What's next on our agenda Itami?' Rory asked Itami.

'Well...about Crety...there should be resources there but from what Tsunami-chan said about the place, there's female zombies wandering about, Lelei and Tsunami will be prone to the mysterious illness there while I have no idea how it'll affect Tuka, Yao and you.'

'Don't worry, I'm a demigod, I'm immune to anything that'll kill a human.' Rory snorted before looking cross. 'And that damn Hardy's not doing her job! Let's deal with it!'

'Er, have us camp elsewhere while you guys go or we'll be zombies.' Tsunami shuddered. 'The source of the illness is in the Sirocco winds but there HAS to be a source somehow.' she said. 'It's illogical for the winds to bring disease just to one place yet not all over the continent?'

Needless to say, Lelei and Tsunami pitched camp by the river miles away from Crety while the others went on ahead.

'Well, just us here.' said Lelei.

'Better left behind than become a living corpse.' Tsunami snarked.

Lelei agreed with a shudder.

They got a tent and rations to last them a week as a precaution. If they took longer, there's always fish by the river...so the two mages began waxing philosophy with each other and writing on the soil with a stick.

After one day, the Humvee's back.

'How'd it go?' Lelei asked them.

'It was nasty.' Tuka grimaced.

'So many animated corpses...the root of it all was apparently the corpse of a noblewoman doing immortality research in the now-defunct Arrun Kingdom.' said Rory, annoyed by it. 'We had to free the souls and burn the bodies. The disease in Sirocco's winds is now gone as our Lord lent a helping hand...and went to nag Hardy.' the mages sweatdropped.

'Well, all's well that ends well.' said Itami cheerfully. 'Let's move on.' he said as they packed up the tent and burned the garbage.

'Immortality research?' Tsunami frowned. 'Humans cannot achieve immortality unless gifted by divinity. It's a fool's hope and goal.'

'Must be some vain woman who didn't wanna look like an old hag as she ages.' Yao scoffed derisively. 'All things age. It's inevitable.'

'But her research ruined her country just like how it ruined Crety Village.' said Tuka. 'Without women, populations die eventually as only women can create life, men can't.'

'There's that reality.' Tsunami frowned. 'Itami, we should head back to Alnus.'

'Eh? What for?' Itami asked her.

'I sense something big just happened. We gotta go back. Besides, we got more than enough in such a short time this should keep the brasses happy.' said Tsunami urgently. 'Rory-sama, have any souls come your way?'

'Fufufu...they'll be here soon...' Rory sighed in pleasure. 'After that I'll go crazy again~!' her fellows went pink-faced at that. Apostles who take in souls of the deceased who died with aspects...experience intense sexual pleasure. 'Valiant souls who died in glorious battle will be welcomed with open arms~'

'We came at a bad time...it's a rescue operation underway, safest place for us right now is Akusho!'

'Phew...we barely made it in here.' Ken choked out as all three gasped to catch their breaths. 'Our luck sucks ass! We nearly got ventilated!' he howled in sheer fear as they had a damn close brush with death.

'No kidding...maybe coming here is a bad idea.' said Mukuro weakly. 'Well, now we know what's going on the hard way! Let's get us some hotel so we can rest.'

Rory heard a battle prayer from...the Village Chief of Coda who was trying to protect children from Centaurs. So they entered Akusho but they had to rescue Mizari first from some guy.

'Oh! Aren't you Kurokawa's boss? Itami, was it?' Mizari piped up. 'Tsunami too!'

'Hi there!' Itami greeted in friendly cheer.

'I can see hell happened last night.' said Tsunami wryly but atmosphere plunged...due to four unhappy girls.

'Hooo? You know her father?' Tuka asked coolly.

'What do you mean 'hi there'?' Rory drawled out dangerously.

'This sort of thing...is prohibited.' Lelei growled jealously. Good reason: she was his wife by cultural standard!

'There's no need to buy a woman when you have myself.' said Yao with a pout.

Tsunami howled in laughter as Itami's reaction was priceless as he earned pointed glares from 'his harem'.

'H-hold it! I didn't do anything of that sort!' Itami cried in a high-pitched voice of denial vehemently. 'I haven't even been to THOSE shops in Japan! Hey, you guys listening?!' he cried as the girls went inside with the civilians they rescued.

'Ohya? This looks like a situation when a husband is busted womanizing~' Mizari grinned in mischief as Itami was sweating buckets. 'I got nothin' to do with that, OK?'

They soon learned what's going on.

A rescue mission in Jade Palace occurred, with the injured taken to Alnus.

'So why did you guys come here?'

'We have to unload all the stuff we got before we can continue our job.' said Itami with a grin. 'We got plenty of stuff from our Quest for Deposits.'

'But still...Diabo's the Crown Prince, how the hell did that bastard Zorzal take over? I thought barbecuing him three years ago kicked him out of the running for the throne!' Tsunami demanded. 'I didn't get to ask that because I had to do supply runs with Daemon!'

'That's what we want to know too.' the officer said wryly.

'I should have killed him three years ago.' Tsunami growled in anger. 'I regret making him crawl back home in shame now!'

'For now, none of that sort Tsunami-chan...you guys have a job only you guys can pull off...'

Thus they're now on a rescue mission. To rescue the Emperor and Princess Pina from Zorzal.

But for Tsunami, it's a little personal.

She blew up the palace beyond habitable and Itami and Lelei can describe her as the incarnation of rage as her anger came back full force.

Still didn't kill him, wanting to stretch out his misery and sadistically tortured him by torturing his subordinates in front of him while he was tied up and forced to watch.

'R-Rory...' Itami begged Rory in silence as Rory was...ahem, under influence.

'This falls under Emroy's aspect too! Madness!' Rory squealed in delight. 'What a wonderful devotee we've got! What an offering!'

'Looks like this won't be over just yet...' even Daemon has standards as in fear of torture, people talk fast.

Upon escaping later on...

'The palace...it's in flames...' Pina marveled as she was bruised from rough treatment in the throne room earlier.

She was also witness to Tsunami's madness. She remembered months ago that in Italica, it was revealed that Tsunami burned her brother for daring to attack her tribe for his own pleasure when she was a child. Now, earlier was a scene of horror.

And now, she's fast asleep, leaning on a soldier sleeping like a baby despite being covered in blood.

That was because their ghost companion put her to sleep.

In their mental world...he had her on his lap, arms around her. He swore to only hold Elena this way, but Tsunami is a child in need of comfort from a reliable adult.

'Calmed down enough now, Tsunami?' Daemon asked her. 'Has your desire for revenge sated?'

'Yeah, but I feel it's not yet over.' she said. 'I wanted to kill him but my gut says its not yet his time to die and I wonder why. Why can't I kill him yet?'

'Perhaps he still has a role to play in this world.' Daemon said. 'The gods are still at work to give everything a closure. He is just one of the puzzle pieces to make a picture.'

'I see...'

'For now, soothe your rage. We'll go home to Alnus soon. Sleep.'

'Mm.'

Daemon was many things. Traitor included.

But there are things even he won't condone. For Tsunami to become a lovely mafia lady...he must deal with the monster within first.

The joke called her 'upbringing'.

The way she is now...she'll get in trouble in Earth for it.

At least she listens to adults whom she knows, cares for her. She won't listen to people who clearly don't.

'You can't show up all bloody, the pest called the Mass Media are around.' said Itami as after asking Daemon to make an illusionary curtain, he had the girls take a bath. 'Princess, Hamilton, you too.'

'A-a ghost?' Count Marcus, Pina, Hamilton and the Emperor paled at the sight of Daemon.

'He's a little special but he's a friendly ghost all the same.' said Itami with cheer. 'So bath time people!'

'It's mostly for the girls though.' the Emperor sighed. 'I remember getting sponge baths in bed.'

'Well, I'll take a bath too. Tsunami made a bloody mess of your throne hall to make Zorzal piss his robes.'

'It's no fancy bathroom but this'll do I guess.' said Hamilton in relief as they got to use Shampoo and Soap. 'It was impossible to get ANY privacy in the palace, even in the baths so we haven't taken any for days, damn bastards...' she swore. 'There were times we stayed up really late just so we can take one when we're sure everyone's asleep.'

'Must've been rough.' said Tuka.

'If only Diabo didn't run away and took to his duties, none of this would have happened.' said Pina darkly. 'He ran away when Zorzal got uppity so everyone listened to him! He forgot he's Crown Prince and abandoned his country to that moron! I fear that all I have worked hard for are lost...' she sighed. 'I'm surrounded by delusional fools too. Maybe I should just let the Empire die. Or maybe had I known everyone around me was doggone STUPID, I should have run too while I still could and stayed in Jade Palace. Maybe my sanity wouldn't have cracked so much.'

Silence...

Pina was broken by her experiences. She was no longer the naive, idealistic princess they've known.

'At this point now, your father will name you Crown Princess.' Pina looked at Rory like she grew a second head. 'Out of all those in succession, only you had prudence and dedication. Everyone else was just out for power to fulfill their selfish desires.'

Tsunami asked coldly to the cowed woman who looked awkward as Tsunami spoke to the lady nights who indeed, looked annoyed by everything and spoke to Tsunami in a cross, complaining way while pointing at the news crew.

What worried the media was the chilling smile Tsunami wore, said something, and the lady knights looked viciously gleeful and left.

'W-what did you say?' Kuribayashi asked Tsunami with a gulp.

'Because your boss doesn't care for human rights...why should we give him that courtesy?' Tsunami's smile is really scary now... Heck, science knowledge in this world is so primitive that when I do magic normal to us modern folk, they're amazed by it somehow...oh, and magic that's classified as 'playing God' is forbidden here or get killed by the Apostles for it. So I can't publish Healing Magic here as it defies death, therefore offending Emroy the God of Death and angering Rory as well.'

'That means for those soon to die, I cannot heal them to keep them alive. I can only heal those who are still strong.' she said. 'As a Devout Worshipper of Emroy, defying death is a criminal offense here, especially for devouts like myself.'

Pina was speaking to her knights who were injured.

'Princess.' Tsunami greeted.

'Tsunami? Why are you here with those news crew?' Pina frowned. 'They told me what they did!' she said, upset. She was one of the few people who knows Japanese thus spoke it.

'Sadly, under a boss who's a grade-a jerk, they do jobs even they don't want to do sooo I told Panache and Vifeeta to get revenge for last night's indignity.' Tsunami purred as the injured knights looked viciously vindicated. 'But Princess...while I will offer my healing magic, I cannot do the same for those who will see my Lord soon. He is awaiting their arrival as souls who fell in battle.' the men and women gulped audibly, before looking ultimately resigned.

'I see...' Pina deflated at that. By her name, Tsunami worships Emroy. Had she been a follower of other gods, some of her men might have been saved.

'It's alright princess...we shall go to Emroy with the dignity of a warrior as is proper for those who fell in battle.' said one of the girls. 'At least I know I'll get a reception I deserve for fighting for what we believe in.'

'That's a wonderful attitude~' Rory walked in. Her natural pink glossy lips turned a bright purple and her red eyes glowing eerily as she glowed in a purplish black aura, her hair floating befitting a J-Horror character. 'I shall welcome your souls as you pass through me to reach Emroy's domain.' Tsunami then proceeded to heal the injured, while ignoring those who are about to die. Rory personally closed their eyes while maintaining her dignity as taking in souls sexually arouses her and she doesn't want it televised on national TV thank you!

For the injured, it was possible to regenerate lost small parts. But for things like arms and legs, it is expensive as regenerating lost limbs will cost years off their lifespan, so Tsunami had the knights think of whether they wanna pay the price or not so she gave them time to think...and she scolded Bozes for fighting while pregnant! She could have miscarried!

'PREGNAAAAANT?!'

'She's two weeks along.' Tsunami quipped. 'I haven't studied pregnancy yet since I studied injuries and poisoning first so I was worried about the baby...'

'Who's the father Bozes?! Is he even gonna take responsibility?!' Pina wailed in panic. 'You're the daughter of a Marquis!'

'He will he will! But I can't say who with the cameras around!' Bozes answered nervously.

'Useful in Earth and in future missions...though its impossible to teach it here, is it?' said Tsunami thoughtfully.

'Not really, it's legal as long as the obvious forbidden techniques are sealed away forever.' Rory told her. 'Playing God, is a criminal offense as you said it yourself.'

'Mm. Well, that didn't stop that idiot woman you guys dealt with in Arrun Kingdom...immortality research? Really?'

'She is punished accordingly.' said Rory smoothly.
