Prue and Andy woke up in the morning and Andy could tell Prue was still upset. "Do you want to talk about it" Andy asked. Prue shook her head. "Not really" she said cuddled into Andy's arms. "If it's any constellation I think you did the right thing" Andy said trying to make her feel better. "Piper and Phoebe don't agree" Prue said. "I know they're mad now but just give them some time. They won't stay mad forever" Andy said. Prue sighed. "I know. It's just ever since we found out we were witches we've gotten closer as sisters. I mean sure me and Phoebe still fight quite a bit but at least we can talk to each other now. I don't want to lose that" Prue said. Andy lifted Prue's chin so that she was looking at him. "Your not going to lose that. The three of you will be fine" Andy said kissing her. "You think so" Prue asked. "Yea I do" Andy said. Andy and Prue got up showered and got ready for the day. "Don't forget I'll be gone most of the day. My parents are in town and I have to go see them" Andy said to Prue.
Prue and Andy went downstairs to have breakfast. When they walked in the kitchen Piper was just finishing up making breakfast. "Morning" Andy said. "Morning. I made some eggs and pancakes if you guys want" Piper said as she took her plate and went to sit in the dining room. "Great this is going to be a fun day" Prue said. Andy smiled at her. "Just talk to her" he said. "Yea I will" Prue said. They made their plates and went out to the dining room where Piper was sitting. They both took a seat at the table Prue sitting next to Piper and Andy sitting across the table. Prue and Piper refused to look at each other. Andy looked at Prue. "Talk to her" he mouthed. Prue shook her head. She didn't want to make things worse than they were. Just then Phoebe walked downstairs and went into the kitchen without a word. Andy sighed to himself. He was happy he was going to see his parents today because all this awkwardness was too much for him.
"So Piper what do you have planned for today" Andy asked hoping to get a conversation started so that it wasn't so awkward. "Nothing really. I just have some things to take care of at quake" Piper said looking at her food and moving it around on her plate. Andy sighed again. He hoped they figured this whole thing out before he got home from seeing his parents. Just then Phoebe walked in holding a cup. She looked at the three people who were just sitting silent not talking to each other or her. "Good morning Phoebe" Phoebe said since no one said it to her. "Good morning Phoebe" Andy said smiling. Maybe he would have someone to talk to and it wouldn't be so awkward. Phoebe smiled at Andy then looked at Prue and Piper. They were completely silent. She put her cup on the table. Prue and Piper were both in their own worlds not paying attention to Phoebe or Andy both just moving their food around their plates.
Phoebe grabbed a napkin and started waving it. "Guys can we call a truce just for five minutes please" she said. "A truce sounds like a great idea" Andy said to which both Prue and Piper looked at him. He ignored them and looked at Phoebe. "Go on" Andy said motioning for Phoebe to continue talking. Maybe this would break all the tension in this dining room. Prue and Piper just went back to looking down at their food. "I have a confession" Phoebe said. Prue looked up at Phoebe. "Remember when we agreed to not see dad" Phoebe said while Prue and Piper both looked at her. "Yea well I did" Phoebe said. "Hello I was with you" Piper said. "No by myself before dinner and I had a vision about dad when he hugged me. He was stealing the book of shadows. Yea you were right about him Prue. I didn't want the vision to be true. I was hoping praying that there was a perfectly good explanation for it hoping that he was really here to be with us" Phoebe said. Prue and Piper just looked at her listening to her.
"I just wanted him back in our lives. He's our dad" Phoebe said getting sad. Prue got up and hugged Phoebe. "I know Phoebe. I know" she said. Andy smiled. Finally they were talking now it wouldn't be so awkward around the house. Piper just looked at Prue and Phoebe hugging. Andy looked toward Piper and he saw something glistening out of the corner of his eye. He got up from the table and walked over to the object. "Hey look" he said picking it up. Prue Piper and Phoebe all came to see what he was talking about. "It's dad's ring" Piper said taking it from him. "What's it doing here" she asked. Prue took it from Piper. "It must of slipped off when he" Phoebe stopped herself and thought of the right word to use. "Fell" she decided to go with. Prue looked at her and Andy was really hoping a fight wasn't about to start. "We'll have it mailed back to the hotel" was all Prue said and she put the ring on the table in the front room. After that Andy left to go see his parents.
Hours later Andy arrived home and Prue explained to him what had happened. "So your father wasn't after the book. It was the neighbors" Andy said. Prue nodded her head. "They were shapeshifters" she said. "You vanquished them" Andy asked. Prue nodded again. "Wow I missed a lot" Andy said. "Me Piper and Phoebe are going to have dinner with him" Prue said. Andy smiled. "That's great. I'm so happy your going to give him another chance" he said. "Your welcome to come" Prue said. Andy shook his head. "I think I'll sit this one out. This seems like a father daughter dinner to me. I'll see you when you get home" Andy said. Prue looked at the clock. "Dad's going to be here any minute" Prue said as Piper and Phoebe walked into the room. "So he's dad now" Phoebe said. "Yes Phoebe he is and by the way my dress looks good on you" Prue said. "I don't have any nice clothes Prue" Phoebe said. "Dad said it was casual" Prue said.
"I don't care. I want to look nice for him. Who knows how long it'll be before we see him again" Phoebe said. "You guys don't think he's going to stay around" Andy said. "Well let's just say I no longer have a romanticized image of him and I'm glad about that actually. At least dad is real now" Phoebe said. "Also he's not a monster which is very reassuring considering we share his genes" Prue said laughing. Phoebe and Andy also laughed. "I'm just glad he came back no matter how long he stays. Kind of nice feeling like a normal family again whatever that means" Piper said. Phoebe nodded her head. Just then the doorbell rang. "Speak of the devil" Piper said going to answer the door. Piper came back in the room with a man none of them had seen before. "Hi you must be Mr. Wyatt" Prue said. Before the man could speak Phoebe spoke. "The handyman" Phoebe said looking at the attractive man in front of her completely smitten.
"Call me Leo" Leo said. "Gladly" Phoebe said. Leo laughed to himself. "This was on the steps" Leo said handing a package to Prue. "Thanks" Prue said taking it from him and opening it. "You don't find many places like this place anymore" Leo said putting his hand on the doorframe. "Yea it's kind of fallen apart" Andy said as Prue read what was inside the package. "Well the problem isn't the manor it's the manner in which it's treated" Leo said smiling. Phoebe smiled at him. "I'd love to see more" Leo said. Andy was just about to offer to show him around when Phoebe jumped up. "I would love to show it to you. The attic is right this way" Phoebe said pushing Piper out of the way and walking Leo towards the attic. "Guys" Prue said. "I'll be right up" Phoebe called to Leo coming back into the room. "He's not coming" Prue said. "Who's not coming" Piper asked. "Dad he sent this. Girls something's come up. I had to leave town. Can't make dinner. Probably best if we let the dust settle anyway" Prue read.
Prue continued to read the note their dad left them. "I know there's a lot you would like to for get but here's what I remember. Love dad" Prue finished reading the note holding up a video tape. "I'll just go show Leo to the attic" Andy said going to leave but Prue stopped him. "That can wait. Your family to. Watch it with us" Prue said. Andy nodded and sat on one of the chairs as Prue put the tape in the machine and played it. Prue came and sat on his lap and the four of them watched the video together. It was a video of when the girls were younger and they were celebrating Christmas with their parents. After the video was done Phoebe went upstairs to show Leo the attic and the rest of the house and Piper went to make them all dinner. Andy looked at Prue who was still on his lap. "Are you OK" he asked. "Yea I'm fine. I have everything I could ever want right here" Prue said kissing Andy. "So do I" he said kissing her back.
Angel was on the phone with Prue who had just explained everything that had happened that day. After they were done with their conversation Angel hung up. So it was the neighbors. He had been wrong about their father. He was happy the sisters had vanquished the shapeshifters and they didn't have to deal with them anymore. Now he could focusing on helping Cordelia and Doyle plan the wedding. At least until the next demon attacked. Angel walked into the elevator and went downstairs. When he got there he saw Cordelia and Doyle with a photo album and Cordelia was writing names down. "What are you doing" Angel asked. Cordelia looked up at him and smiled. "I'm going through my old photo albums to see who we have to invite to our wedding" Cordelia said. Doyle looked up at Angel. "We're at over 100 people right now" he said. Angel's eyes went wide. They didn't know 100 people and they definitely didn't know 100 people Angel would want at his wedding.
"Cordy honey don't you think 100 people is a bit much" Angel said. Cordelia shook her head. "Not at all. You can help us go through the rest of the albums" she said. Angel looked at the table. Their were about 15 on there. "We've been through five we only have ten more. Start looking" Doyle said throwing a photo album to Angel. Angel sighed. He had his work cut out for him trying to convince Cordelia to cut down the guest list. This was going to be a long night.
