Chapter Fifteen:

Brick met up with an old friend to get the fake I.D.'s. He entered the fake names on the computer, which his brothers and the Power Puff Girls picked.

"Leaving again, man?" Andrew asked.

"Yeah," Brick said.

"I'm sorry about Krystal," Andrew told him.

Brick bit his lip and nodded. "Thanks. I miss her so much..."

"You can't be like Superman and fly around the world to bring her back?"

"No. My powers aren't that great. If I did do that, I'd probably just make the world burn."

"It was just a thought, man." Andrew smiled.

"Yeah," Brick smirked. "They almost done printing?"

"Yup," Andrew handed Brick the I.D.'s. "There you go."

"Thanks. I'll hit you up later."

"Cool well." Andrew and Brick dabbed knuckles.

Brick, Blossom and the kids met up with the Rowdy Ruff Boys and Power Puff Girls at the airport.

They got on thier flight and left for Arizona.

While on the plane, Blossom took Bonnie to the restroom.

A lady came out and walked into them.

"Oh! I'm sorry," she said.

"It's ok," Blossom told her.

"Your daughter is cute," she looked at Bonnie.

Bonnie just looked at her.

"Thank you," Blossom was a bit uncomfortable.

The lady smiled and went back to her seat.

Blossom rose an eyebrow. That was weird...

Blossom and Bonnie went back to their seats.

"You ok babe?" Brick asked.

"This lady was talking to me and it was weird," Blossom told him.

Brick didn't think much of it. "People are weird, girl. Some more than others..."

"I guess," Blossom told him.

"What'd she look like?" Brick asked.

"She was average height, black hair, wore a suit and glasses," Blossom explained.

"I'll keep an eye out," Brick looked at her. "Alright?"

Blossom nodded. She texted her siblings about the lady.

Brick kept an eye out. He looked around and saw that she was with a guy, who was also wearing a suit and glasses. He figured they were a couple on a business trip, but wasn't too sure. He used his super hearing to find out...

"We have to do this. The boss gave us an important duty to follow and we can't disobey." The lady told her co- worker.

"And what if we don't?"

"They'll have our heads for this."

Brick thought about what they were talking about, but there wasn't enough information to be sure. He took off his cap, placed it over his eyes and fell asleep.

"We did good last time. If we do good this time, the boss will reward us even more," the lady said.

"He's pretty obsessed with this whole thing," the guy added...

The plane landed in Tucson, Arizona.

The Rowdy Ruff Boys, Power Puff Girls and the kids got their belongings and got off the plane.

Brick went to the home he shared with Krystal before she passed.

"Why are we here, bro?" Boomer asked.

"This is my house," Brick looked at his home. "I lived here with my wife for 5 years."

"Oh," Boomer said.

Brick turned his cap forward and covered his eyes. He and Johnny went inside.

Johnny ran to his room. He looked at the picture of him and his mother he had on the wall. He started to cry.

Brick went into the room. "Come here mijo."

Johnny went into his father's arms and cried.

Tears ran down Brick's face. "We have to be strong Johnny. Your mother's in a better place now."

Johnny nodded. He and Brick wiped their tears away and went back outside.

Brick took out his keys and opened the garage door. He smirked.

"Nice car," Butch said.

"Thanks," Brick looked at his car. "So are we going to the police station so Buttercup, I mean Brooke, can get her cop car?"

"Let's go," Butch agreed.

"So Johnny, how are we going to fit in your car?" Boomer asked.

"Nick," Brick called Boomer by his fake name. "You're not. I'm going to take them really quick, come back and we'll find a place for you guys."

Brick went over to Blossom. He took her by the hand and into the living room, with Bonnie following. "Wait here. Just stay here in the living room and watch some TV. I'll be back."

Blossom nodded without saying a word. Bubbles and Boomer were there as well.

Brick took Butch and Buttercup to the police station.

Blossom looked around the living room. She stayed on the couch with her daughter, with Boomer and Bubbles across from them.

On the left side of her, was a photo album. I don't think Brick will mind if I look through it... Blossom picked up the photo album and looked through it.

She saw pictures of Brick and Krystal in the hospital when Johnny was born, during his birthdays, and at Brick and Krystal's wedding. She noticed how happy they were. Blossom was at the end of the album when a few newspaper articles fell out. Blossom picked them up and read them.

Local teacher, mother and wife shot multiple times in front of home...

Drive-by shooting takes woman's life...

Blossom was sad. Damn. That sucks... She put the articles back, closing the album and putting it back on the side of her.
