Hey guys, I'm back with another new chapter, and this soon? Yep! I'm back with another chapter this soon. Enjoy
In a split second TK dashed straight for Artemis as well as she did the same. His blade clashed with her bow with full equal strength, with the impact of pain vibrating through their hands and whole body. They both pushed further in their locked duel until neither of them could hold out anymore. TK and Artemis backed out, and both landed on two different trees.
"You have a strong weapon." TK admitted with a bow.
"And you have such a weak weapon." Artemis spat.
TK quietly inhaled the insult through his nose and calmed his mind in a flash. He jumped back towards Artemis again in another attempt to gain an edge in the fight. Artemis pulled out an arrow quickly and shot straight at TK. Direct hit, and TK fell on the forest floor.
Jumping himself straight in the air, legs first and landing on his feet, TK looked back and forth for a sign of Artemis. His sights could not show any clue of her whereabouts so he had to rely on his ears for support. Closing his eyes he could hear the leaves whistling through the wind, the branches whirling, the nearby river and lastly the chimes of dangling bones from corpses hung from the neck. The idea of corpses nearby almost brought a tear to TK eyes, and then he heard her from behind. With a smile TK caught the arrow with his blade and split the projectile in half. Standing in a battle crouch with his eyes still closed, TK chased straight for the rustling footsteps and caught up to her in a jiffy.
"Have a nice flight!" TK took a high kick straight for Artemis's face and sent her straight in the air.
Jumping back at the top of the tree's in the sky Artemis was no where to be found. Using his keen cat ears, TK heard Artemis coming straight for him from the east, knife in hand.
"Odd play." TK thought, since he's sure she has more then two arrows.
TK turned around in her direction and found her right in front of him in a tackle back down on the ground. Both fighters picked themselves up quickly and this time TK was the one hiding in the shadows. Artemis had an arrow already pulled from her quiver looking straight into the dark like a hawk.
Turning her sight to the right she saw TK quietly sprinting towards Artemis giving her a hard left hook to the face. TK followed up the punch with an elbow strike but Artemis managed to block it. Twisting his torso around he struck with his opposite elbow and this one landed smoothly. Artemis quickly caught TK's arm and flipped him around her back onto the ground. She pulled out another knife and was prepared to slam it down into TK's throat, but TK caught her arm and prevented her from coming any further. She put more weight down onto the knife and at the right moment, TK twisted her wrist down right to the grassy floor right beneath his left ear. TK took the moment and kneed Artemis in the head. Giving TK a moment to get back on his feet. Pulling out his staff, he prepared for another clash, but this time, he saw Artemis still on the ground. Smiling.
"This took more time then I thought. You really are a challenge, but not enough."
Artemis laid her head down unconscious, seeing that TK won the fight. Although the moment she fell, TK could hear a couple of nearby traps being sprung from behind. TK swiped the sleep darts away with his staff.
"Seriously?" TK looked down at the darts and noticed that these weren't just regular darts. They were poisoned.
"Child's play." TK dropped the dart and the moment he turned around he saw a giant boulder flying down to his position.
Before he could get out, he grabbed Artemis, lugged her over his shoulders and fled just in time.
TK laid Artemis beneath a hollow tree, and turned around to see a hulking tall figure, and deep down in his gut he knew who this was. He's never met him before, but the pelt he bears around him looks just like his father.
"So you're the son of the Nemean Lion?" Hercules exclaimed walking around TK, "Believe me it's an honor to meet you."
"Is it now?" TK snarled calmly.
"No… not really. I thought you'd be taller to be honest. You definitely don't have your father's physique."
"Like I give a damn about your petty remarks." TK pulled out his wakizashi blade, "I have dreamed of this day for so long. The day where I redeem my father and killed the great Hercules."
"Well, I don't wanna keep you, but I'm afraid you're gonna have to keep waiting."
TK hesitated from those words and wondered why he would say that. Soon after he could feel something grab his feet, and a lot more grabbing him. He looked down to see dead hands pulling him down into the ground. There was no fighting it at this point, the hands are taking him down to the underworld and he's surrounded with no way out. Hercules walked closer to TK and just before he closed his eyes, he unleashed a flicker of chi into the air. Hercules knocked TK out in one punch as the hands dragged him down deeper.

Kuroka laid atop of a tree branch watching his sister eat dinner with the rest of her friends in the Hyodo residence. She almost envied the moment, but what really made it all worth it was seeing her so happy. In that moment, she sensed his boy toy's chi and quickly realized the problem. Turning the whole moment stone sour.
"No…" Kuroka whispered.
