Twenty Truths Of Hana Inuzuka
I do not own the characters. They belong to Kishimoto. And again, this is how I see these characters. Also I know Hana's ninken don't have their own names so I gave them ones that I got from the fanfic 'Bloodless' by Tavina. I suggest you read it. It's absolutely amazing! Now please enjoy :)
1) Hana adores her little brother. She really truly does. In fact, one of her best memories happens to be the day that she was born. But he also has an ego. Hana and her mother, along with all the other women in the Inuzuka clan made sure he respected women, but they also might have given him the view that the Inuzuka are the best. And now he's got an ego. Hana is thankful that his experiences as a shinobi has helped temper this into more of confidence thing than just straight out ego.
2) Hana was in the same academy class as Itachi Uchiha. For less than year. Honestly, she doesn't remember it that well. It happened to be the same year she got her ninken and that wall she cared about for a while.
3) Hana only remembers a few things about her father. Honestly, she's fine with it. She has her mother, brother, ninken, and her clan what more could she need?
4) Hana has heard many people say she isn't like most Inuzuka. That she's calm and levelheaded where they are loud and brash. Obviously, they never saw her as a kid. Still, Hana gets where they're coming from. And it's not that she doesn't have the traits it's just that Hana has learned that as veterinary she needs to keep it down or she'll scare her patients. Besides it helps her keep her mother and brother from going overboard.
5) In her immediate family Hana is the only one who can keep her hair under control. Kiba eventually learns how to but it takes him until adult hood to get to that point.
6) Hana was six when her mother took her to the kennels to meet her ninken. Most Inuzuaka only have one ninken partner but when Hana went down to the kennels she felt an immediate connection with three puppies she would start to call the Haimaru brothers.
7) Now you need to remember Hana was only six when she got her ninken so she thinks she can be forgiven that the actual names she gave them are 'Ichi', 'Ni', and 'San'. Six years old, so yes mom you can't stop laughing about it now.
8) Hana became a chunin at fourteen. She knows if she wanted to, she could get her skills up to the level of jonin but Hana loves animals and loves to heal them. She is perfectly happy where they are.
9) Even though the Inuzuka choose their next clan head by their skills and not their parents she knows many of her clan mates thought she would become the next Inuzuka head. Hana had no interest in it, however. Kiba, though, she knows Kiba could be a great clan head if he would just learn a little patience.
10) Hana, like most of her clan, possess an earth type chakra nature.
11) Hana likes to tell people that the she got the name 'Hana' for its flower meaning and not its nose meaning. Even if this isn't true.
12) Hana has the best chakra control amongst her clan.
13) Hana has met all Kakashi's ninken. They met be trained hunters but they're all so adorable.
14) Hana is the only healer that the shinobi of Konoha trust with their nin animal partners. Even though Konoha has regular veterinaries they come to her due experience as a shinobi.
15) Hana can sew stiches perfectly but for some reason whenever she tries to sew clothes it comes out looking wrong.
16) Hana's best friends are her ninken. Which might be considered weird if she was anyone but an Inzuka. Or Kakashi. It was well known he loved dogs.
17) When Hana was fourteen, she a crush on Kakashi that lasted for a few months. She had never seen anyone outside her clan care for ninken as much he did and apparently at the age of fourteen that was all Hana needed.
18) In some ways it was weird having Naruto as a Hokage for the simple reason that it felt weird to Hana for their village leader to be younger than her.
19) Whenever Hana cooks meat she always has to cook enough for four. Otherwise her ninken spend the entire time glaring at her.
20) Potty training her ninken was an even worse experince than helping potty train her brother.
So like many other female naruto characters Kishimoto doesn't give us a lot of information on Hana so it's all nearly stuff I imagine of her in my head.
