Chapter 16: Gabrielle Delacour
Harry got up earlier than usual, since Sirius would be having his trial today at 9:30 AM. After having eaten breakfast, showered and got dressed, Harry returned to the living room to grab some floo powder, then he tossed a handful into the fireplace, called out his destination, stepped into the emerald-green flames and transported over to the lobby at the Ministry of Magic. As soon as he stepped out, Harry spotted Ron following Bill, Charlie, Fred and George following their father over to the elevator lifts and started walking up to them.
"Ron!" Harry called out to him.
Ron, his brothers and their father, Arthur turned around to see Harry. Ron responded with, "Harry, mate! Great to see you! How's your summer?"
"Pretty good in spite of suspicious activity," said Harry. "I'm just ready for Sirius to be cleared."
"Suspicious activity indeed, Harry," Arthur began telling him. "Ginny has been having Hermione over frequently and they've been acting suspicious. Even Molly has been acting all suspicious, I've been seeing them walking up to some abandoned shack near our home. They've been insisting that they were just doing extra credit with Dumbledore. They wouldn't tell me what."
"Well, I have an idea on what they're up to," Harry informed the Weasley matriarch, as the five Weasley boys paid attention. "A few girls told me what Hermione and Ginny have been doing, but I'm not sure if my word and theirs is enough."
"Circumstantial evidence isn't good enough to get criminals convicted," Arthur filled Harry in. "It's still not enough to truly prove it, since it's easy for criminals to find ways around it. If there were notes or something in their handwriting, it would be enough here in our world since magic can detect real or forged handwriting."
"What would the best course of action be?" asked Harry.
"Investigate and look for anything that counts as irrefutable evidence," said Arthur. "Once Sirius' trial is finished, I will be filing for divorce and get sole custody of Ron since he's still a minor, while Molly will get sole custody of Ginny."
"What will become of the Burrow?" asked Harry.
"I'm thinking of kicking Molly and Ginny out," stated Arthur. "Ginny's always been closer to Molly than me despite my efforts to be a good father to her. I'll even forbid Hermione from ever coming back to the Burrow, since her behaviour has also been unacceptable."
"Maybe we can help you with that, dad," Bill spoke up. "Be there for you when you kick mother and Ginny out. Bigger numbers have a huge advantage."
Charlie, Fred, George and Ron also nodded their heads to let their father know they were going to be there, too. They reached the elevator lift and got in, with Arthur telling the lift operator to take them to the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. After Harry and the male Weasleys (minus Percy) stepped off of the elevator, they ran into Neville Longbottom (a brown-haired portly boy, who was a fellow Gryffindor and dorm mates with Harry and Ron) and his gran, Augusta (a stern-looking middle-aged woman with brown hair turning gray).
"How're you doing Harry, Ron?" asked Neville.
"Doing alright, Neville," said Harry and Ron in unison. "Would you like to take Hermione's place in the Golden Trio?"
"Won't she be upset if that happened?" asked Neville with concern.
"She doesn't deserve that honour anymore," Harry started informing. "A few girls have told me about what Hermione and Ginny have been doing behind everyones' backs."
"And it seems like my mother is in on what they're doing," said Ron. "One of the reasons why dad is filing for divorce."
"Another reason is that mother, Ginny and Hermione were being downright mean to Fleur a week and a half ago when we had a gathering with her at home," said Bill. "They didn't even show any signs of feeling remorse."
"Enough to make Fleur cry?" asked Harry.
"No because mother, Ginny and Hermione only did it when Fleur wasn't around," stated Bill. "They were just pretending to tolerate her presence, meaning that they were being manipulative all along."
They all continued down towards courtroom six (where Sirius' trial was going to be held) and met up the other families of other Most Ancient and Most Noble houses. One of the families, House Zabini, had a dark-skin scion named Blaise (a Slytherin boy in Harry's year). Hannah and her parents were there with Susan and Amelia, and Tracey and her family came with the Greengrass family. Upon spotting the Delacours, Bill walked up to Fleur to greet her with a hug before giving each other kisses on their cheeks. Fleur's sister, Gabrielle smiled at Harry and waved to him, with Harry returning the favour. Then Fleur greeted Harry with a smile and gave him a hug, with Harry hugging her back.
"Hi, Harry, how are you?" Fleur asked him.
"I've been pretty good, Fleur," stated Harry. "How about yourself?"
"Yep, I've been good," said Fleur. "It's feels like it's been years since the Triwizard Tournament ended. Gabby and I have been eager to see you again."
"And the toad ruling Hogwarts with that iron fist made the school year pass by extremely slow, especially so for me," said Harry. "Now that she's in a holding cell, I'm looking forward to the day when she gets convicted of her crimes and sentenced to Azkaban."
"That'll definitely be the day!" Fleur replied in agreement.
Once they finished their hug, Fleur walked back over to Bill. Remus arrived with Andi, Ted and Dora in tow, and they even greeted everybody else. Harry saw Gabby giving him another smile and wave, and he returned it. Gabby was wearing a light-blue polo shirt and a pair of white trousers made of stretch fabric (Harry remembered the capri trousers Hannah wore the day they made love to each other, they were made of the same material). Fleur was wearing a pair of black trousers that looked like the kind women working in office buildings wore, and a gray short-sleeve blouse. Fleur's platinum-blonde hair was in a medium ponytail while Gabby's was in a low ponytail.
"It's great to see you again, Harry," Gabby greeted as she gave him a hug. "It's been too long."
"It has, and it's anti-thanks to Umbridge who made it seem even more so," said Harry as he hugged Gabby back. "You look different than when you and Fleur left Hogwarts to return to Beauxbatons."
"Yeah, I may have looked like an eight or nine year old," said Gabby sheepishly. "But I was really thirteen at the time. Fleur and I being quarter-veela still meant that we have veela traits. It can be pretty stressful because our extreme outer beauty makes it harder for us to find real friends and potential romantic partners who look for inner beauty. It even makes us prime candidates for being used as objects. Those with the veela allure have a hard time keeping it under control when they're kids, but age ten is when we start practicing that."
Harry nodded his head to show that he understood. Harry and company continued on to courtroom six, since Sirius' trial would be starting in ten minutes. The members of the Wizengamot took seats inside the Wizengamot box, while Harry and the other teens sat in the visitors section (joined by Arthur, Remus, Dora, Andi and Ted). Ron took a seat next to Harry, with Neville sitting next to Ron, and Blaise sitting next to Neville. Gabby took the other seat next to Harry, with Fleur sitting next to her while their parents sat by Arthur. Albus Dumbledore walked into the courtroom with a stumped look on his face as he looked around courtroom six.
'How did I miss this?!' thought the Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot in despair. "I was never given a notification until just moments ago!'
Albus looked up at the visitors section and spotted Harry (who was giving the headmaster a dirty look). Remembering he was there on business, Albus made a mental note to speak with Harry after Sirius' trial was over. So he sat down in the Chief Warlock's chair, with Sirius brought in while in magic suppression handcuffs. Then he was secured into the defendant's chair with magic cuppression shackles. Kingsley Shacklebolt walked over to the judge's desk and sat down in the judge's chair.
"Alright, court is now in session!" Kingsley announced as he banged the gavel three times to signal the start of the session. "Today this trial will decide whether Lord Sirius Orion Black is innocent of the alleged crimes he was accused of back in 1981 on Halloween. Lord Black, do you consent to be given Veritaserum?"
"Now, now, Kingsley," Albus tried to 'reason' with him as he stood up. "This is all unnecessary. Everyone knows Sirius committed..."
"Order!" said Kingsley in a professional tone of voice, banging the gavel to restore order as outrage filled the room. "Albus, if you interrupt again, I'll have no choice but to have you arrested for contempt in court, have I made myself clear?"
Albus reluctantly sat back down and allowed the trial to resume. After giving consent, Sirius was given three drops of Veritaserum. Then his eyes clouded as he fell into a trance-like state. Then he was asked if his name was Sirius Orion Black to make sure the potion was working correctly. After it was seen that it was, one of the aurors asked Sirius if he betrayed Harry's parents, and he assured that he never would've done it. At the same time, Sirius did reveal that he was an unregistered animagi, same with Peter Pettigrew (who used it to frame Sirius and flee). The Wizengamot began talking with one another when Sirius also mentioned that he found out about Peter having been living in his animagus with the Weasleys in a newspaper article showing the Weasleys in Egypt. Once he was finished answering the necessary questions, Sirius was given the antidote to Veritaserum.
"Those in favour of clearing the accused of all charges, send up green sparks," Amelia told the Wizengamot. "Those in favour of conviction, send up red sparks."
A small handful sent up red sparks (including Albus) while more than half sent up green sparks. That was a clear sign that Sirius was going to be cleared of all charges. Kingsley looked around the room and saw how many green sparks there were.
"I hereby clear Lord Sirius Orion Black of all charges!" Kingsleys announced, before addressing Sirius. "However, you have seven days to get yourself registered as an animagi. If you don't get registered after seven days, we'll have no choice but to arrest you and fine you. You'll also be given one-point-two million galleons for your time in Azkaban as compensation."
"How about if I have you keep two-hundred thousand and I'll get myself registered after my trial is over?" Sirius offered.
"A deals a deal." said Kingsley, accepting the offer.
He banged his gavel to signal the end of the trial. Once Sirius was freed from the shackles, he went to get himself registered as an animagus and get it out of the way. Dumbledore, however, just stayed in his seat, all gobsmacked. He quickly snapped out of it and walked up to Harry.
"Yes, headmaster?" asked Harry neutrally.
"Harry, my boy, what in Merlin's name were you trying to do?" asked Albus in his gradfatherly facade.
"Trying to get some wrongdoings justified, what did it look like?" Harry replied in an irritable voice.
"I only told you Sirius died to keep the both of you safe," Dumbledore professed. "You wouldn't have been in this mess if you'd just listen to me."
"You lost it, professor," said Harry in a matter-of-fact voice. "All of your so-called plans for the Greater Good haven't done any good."
"I can get a lunch date for you arranged with Miss Weasley," Albus tried kissing up to Harry, and then Ron. "And I'm sure Mr. Weasley would like one with Miss Granger, too."
"We have other business to deal with, professor," said Harry firmly. "Unless you have some real important matters here, our discussion is at an end. Have a nice day!"
Albus was left dumbstruck on the spot as Harry walked out of the courtroom with his friends. Ron resisted the urge to snigger for the time being, since he knew that he and his brothers needed to be there for his father as he started the process of filing for a divorce from Molly.
"We'll catch ya later, Harry," said Ron, Fred, George, Bill and Charlie in unison. "Dad needs our support."
"We may even have to postpone the grand opening for Weasleys Wizard Wheezes, too," Fred and George told Harry. "But we'll keep you posted."
Harry waved goodbye to the Weasleys and continued on towards the elevator. He spotted Neville and Hannah walking towards the elevator and they appeared to be smitten with each other. Harry immediately made a mental note to avoid making love to Hannah in the future, for the sake of his godbrother. Neville and Hannah quickly spotted Harry and greeted him with a friendly smile.
"You appear to be having an interesting summer, Harry?" Neville asked with a smirk, also making sure his voice was only audible to himself, Harry and Hannah.
"Yes," said Harry, following Neville's example. "But is this about what I think it is?"
"Pretty much," Neville confirmed. "After hearing about Katie making love to you, alot of other girls have been eager to have a turn. After Daphne had her turn, she even wrote letters to let the other girls know how it went. Rumour has it Malfoy has been throwing temper tantrums over that once he found out because he assumes Daphne is his."
"That's certainly something the ferret will do," said Harry. "Since he already has the reputation as the kids who whines to his father if he doesn't get his way."
"Well, Hannah and I are going to go to Diagon Alley to kill some time before lunch," said Neville. "We'll see ya later, Harry."
"Alright, take care you two." Harry replied.
He waited off to the side of the elevator lift as Neville and Hannah got in. Harry wanted to wait for Sirius to finish up with his animagus registration and see if he had any plans to spend time with his godson. Sirius showed up moments later with Remus, Andi and Dora in tow.
"I have some business at Gringotts to take care of, pup," Sirius informed his godson. "One of which includes reinstating Andi back into House Black. So it may take awhile."
"Where will you be staying once all that is over?" asked Harry.
"Over at Andi's," stated Sirius. "She, Dora and Remus are going to help me out in recovering from my unjust stay in Azkaban, as well as help me in getting my skinny frame taken care of. Since my diet had been small animals while I was in my animagus form after breaking out of Azkaban, they'll be serving me meals consisting of fruits and vegetables."
"We'll even be starting in catching up on missed bonding moments soon, Harry," Dora gave him the heads up. "Sirius just explained what all Albus did. The ole coot ruined my chances to be a big sister to you."
"Will you be attending the grand opening for Weasleys Wizard Wheezes?" asked Harry.
"Yes, we will," Sirius assured his godson. "Seeing how Fred and George have told me and Remus some of their plans at Grimmauld Place, I've been eager to see it myself. I also will need to work on getting Grimmauld Place cleaned out and sold. I despised being forced to stay there when the ole coot could've arranged for that trial when he had the chance."
"Maybe you and Remus can let Fred, George and Lee know that you two are Padfoot and Moony respectively," Harry suggested. "They may even ask if you'd like to work at Weasleys Wizard Wheezes."
"That'd be something!" Remus and Sirius replied ecstatically in unison.
So Harry bade goodbye to Sirius, Remus, Andi and Dora as the four adults got into the elevator lift. Moments later, the Delacours showed up, where Fleur and Gabby introduced their parents, Anthony and Apolline, to Harry. They asked Harry to accompany them on the elevator once the lift returned.
"Fleur and Gabby told me about how your heroic deed during the second task of the Triwizard Tournament, Harry," Anthony told him. "Albus never told myself nor Apolline all of the details. He never explained that it would involve water."
"Is the water part bad?" asked Harry.
"Yes, Harry," Apolline informed him. "Veela are highly vulnerable to water, even for those who have the traits. The colder the water temperature is, the worse it gets."
"So that meant that Fleur could've potentially drowned?" asked Harry.
"Yes, Harry," stated Apolline. "Veela can only deal with the water for up to half an hour without getting affected by the cold temperature."
"That's why it made it easier for those grindylows to get me," Fleur revealed to Harry. "After I made it back to the surface, I was getting more and more anxious the longer Gabby stayed down in the lake in that enchanted sleep. When I saw that Ron made it back to the surface and helped Gabby out, I was relieved. Seconds after they made it to safety, I saw you make it back by shooting yourself out of the water like a cannon."
"Another reason to stop trusting Dumbledore," said Harry with contempt directed at the Hogwarts headmaster. "Along with now many more reasons, too many to list."
Harry found himself engulfed in hugs from the Delacours, as their way of thanking Harry for saving Gabby. Once they made it back to the main lobby, Anthony and Apolline bade their daughters and Harry goodbye before heading over to a fireplace to use the floo network to return to Delacour Manor (with Anthony having to return to the french ministry). Harry, Fleur and Gabby left through the main entrance and out into London. It took them a few minutes to find an abandoned alley, so Fleur could report to Gringotts for work.
"I have to go to work," Fleur informed Harry and Gabby. "Take care."
Harry and Gabby waved goodbye to Fleur before she apparated away. After double checking to make sure the coast was still clear, Harry called for Dobby and Cleo to apparate himself and Gabby respectively back to Potter Manor. Since it was already lunchtime, the house elves started cooking for Harry and Gabby.
"Harry, would you like me to make love to you?" Gabby offered. "This can be my way of properly thanking you for rescuing me from the depths of the Black Lake."
"That'd be delightful, Gabby," Harry responded ecstatically with a smile, accepting the offer. "I'll just need to be careful, since your father works for the french ministry, since he had on a uniform that seemed to resemble one."
"I understand, Harry," Gabby responded in a soft voice. "Susan told me by letter last week how you were a little hesitant to make love to her since her aunt is the head of the DMLE."
"Yeah, I'm concerned about going too far and risking Amelia confronting me," said Harry. "And risking the same thing from your parents if I went too far with you."
Gabby nodded her head to show that she understood. It was moments later when the house elves came out of the kitchen and handed Harry and Gabby their lunch. As soon as they finished, Harry showed Gabby upstairs to the master bedroom. Once they were in, Harry locked the door while Gabby pulled her wand out to cast the anti-pregnancy charm on herself. Then she slowly started pulling her shirt off, revealing a pink bra.
"Now it's your turn to take your shirt off, Harry." said Gabby.
Harry immediately followed suit and pulled his shirt off to reveal a muscular torso. Gabby let out a flirtatious purr before she held her arms out as if to encourage Harry to unbutton her jeans and slowly pull them down to her ankles for her. Harry hesitated a bit, but after a couple encouraging nods from Gabby, Harry began unbuttoning her jeans. As he slowly pulled them down, a pair of pink panties were revealed, along with how nice looking her legs were. Once her jeans were down to her ankles, Gabby pulled them off and tossed them aside before doing the same for Harry. As she was slowly pulling his trousers down to his ankles (revealing a pair of plaid boxers in the process), she could see how muscular his legs were.
'All of the girls who had a chance with Harry weren't lying at all!' thought Gabby, clearly impressed. 'Harry really is all muscular.'
Once Harry pulled his trousers off of his ankles and tossed them aside, Gabby began walking toward him. She put her hands on his shoulders while Harry put his on her hips just as they started kissing. Harry could feel his manhood beginnng to stand as he felt Gabby's soft hands rubbing his thighs. He could also feel how soft her skin was. Then his hands found their way onto Gabby's curvaceous bottom and gave both butt cheeks a firm squeeze, with Gabby giving his thighs the same thing. Then she gently pushed Harry onto the armchair and proceeded to give him a lap dance. Harry could feel his manhood stiffening as he watched Gabby's lap dance.
"Ready to take this up a notch?" asked Gabby.
"Yeah, let's do it!" Harry whispered enthusiastically, his heart beating faster.
Then he stood up and walked over towards his bed. Gabby tapped the stereo with her wand and the song Let's Get It On by Marvin Gaye started playing. Then she erotically started walking toward Harry and gently pushed him backwards onto the bed. As Harry laid there, Gabby got on the bed and crawled her way toward him as they took their sexual intercourse up a notch (with the smell of semen quickly filling the room). They kept at it for approximately forty minutes before stopping.
"Wow, Gabby," Harry responded in an amazed voice. "I never thought you'd be familiar with music that came from the muggle world! That one certainly fit the moment."
"Yeah, maman and papa encouraged Fleur and I to expose ourselves to the Muggle World every once in a while," stated Gabby. "They didn't want us to rely on magic too much, since they mentioned that it could be a lazy approach to solutions like cooking or cleaning."
Harry nodded his head in acknowledgement. Then he and Gabby got the mess cleaned up before getting dressed back up. Once that was dealt with, the two teens headed for the living to relax in armchairs. They knew about Arthur filing for a divorce from Molly and to give her sole custody of Ginny while he'd get sole custody of Ron. The other Weasley boys were old enough to make the choice to stay with their mother or father, or switch between spending time with either parent. Harry and Gabby got an itchy feeling in their spines as they realized that Arthur (with help from Bill, Charlie, Fred, George and Ron) attempting to kick Molly and Ginny out wouldn't be easy, especially as easy as kicking Hermione out. Molly and Ginny were pretty much going to put up a tremendous fight in order to remain at the Burrow,
To be continued!
Author's note: Well, another chapter completed. Molly, Ginny and Hermione's base of operation is on the verge of being found. But their crimes are still far from getting discovered. Which girl should Harry make love to in the next chapter? Please let me know in a review or a PM, happy reading.
