Happy New Year! I have stopped uploading a lot, so sorry about that. This is the last chapter in this Volume! I will be posting Volume 2 soon. I'm not particularly happy about how many words were in this fanfiction, but I will try to make longer chapters next Volume! Enjoy the Chapter!

Chapter Fourteen- Reunions

Owen woke up to see the rest of the team sitting on the small sofa. Elliot was finally out of his cast. But that wasn't all, it was the last day of their first year at the Academy! According to Shelby and Duncan, there was going to be a huge celebration!

"Good morning, sleepy-head!" said Bailey. "We were considering leaving you,"

"Wha-Why would you leave me? Are we late for something?" asked Owen.

"Yep. We really should get going, or we might miss the big breakfast," said Reanna.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU WAKE ME UP SOONER?" Yelled Owen as the team was walking out the door. He checked his watch, and then scrambled to get dressed. He dashed out the door two minutes later with a tie loose around his neck and a jacket with only three buttons buttoned. He stopped right before entering the Great Hall and went in quietly. The room was filled with students, all laughing and talking.

'So That's what they use this room for...' Owen thought.

He walked down the steps and joined the team at their table. They started to talk about things, what the year was like, and all that. Until somebody mentioned Elise, and Owen stopped talking.

"Oh come on, Owen! You can't really still be mad about that!" Said Reanna. Owen leaned back in his chair. Reanna rolled her eyes. Shelby came up to them and asked them what they would like to drink. They all responded with tea except for Owen, who didn't respond.

"Somebody's cranky, huh?" she said as she walked away.

Everyone talked for a few minutes, sipping tea, and laughing. Meanwhile, Owen was sulking. Soon Headmaster Gary stepped up on the small stage at the end of the hall.

"Today we celebrate the end of the school year. Our third-year graduates have the option to stay one more year for extensive training. Just know that you are free to leave at any time of the day. Have a wonderful feast!" People applauded, and started to eat. Once they were finished eating, they all got up and exited the hall. Owen disappeared without them knowing, but they didn't really care. They talked to some friends before heading back to the dorm to pack up. They figured Owen was back in the dorm, but when Reanna opened the door the saw his bed made, and none of his belongings.

"He left..." Elliot said sadly.

"And without a goodbye?" said Bailey. Reanna just stood there, shocked. Not knowing what to say, she let her head fall to the floor. Elliot and Bailey entered the room and started to pack. Shelby walked by.

"Hey Reanna," she said as she kept walking. But when Reanna didn't respond, Shelby walked back and peeked into the room. Elliot looked up at her and said,

"Owen left. Without a goodbye."

"..." Shelby looked around, peeking over Reanna's shoulder. "...Ohhhhh... I never like that kid," She said as she again walked away and her voice faded. "he was kinda a di.."

Reanna packed up her things and said goodbye to her friends. She found Elise and Shelby and said goodbye to them as well. Reanna got into the front seat of her mother's car and looked out across the estate. She passed under the gate, and waited an entire summer for another somewhat "great" adventure.
