Rose's face turned to white when she spotted who stopped the wedding. Some people screamed, some gasped and women started whispering. Ruth, in the other hand, was pale as she got up.
"How dare you come here?"
"The game isn't over Ruth. Do you think we would allow this?"
"Mother what's the meaning of this?" Rose screamed, trying to get in Ruth but Jack kept her firmly back. "How they are here? They are dead!"
"Do you really believed Mother Rose?" Maxwell DeWitt Bukater asked raising his eyebrows.
"Don't you dare say her anything." Ruth growled. "And especially not here"
Rose's father Daniel Alexander laughed. "I was waiting three years for this moment. Do you think I'll make you the favour?"
"Mother lied" Eva DeWitt Bukater said to each of the people. "She disowned me, Liz and Max and kicked out father because she hates us. She hates you Rose, but she had to keep a child in case something happens"
"Stop! Stop it!" Ruth screamed as she saw all the people glancing at her with disgust.
"No! Because of you, we lived two years in the streets! Because of you, Rose was almost forced to marry a man she didn't love!"
"Now, now, there's no time of arguments. I think the wedding should go on and later clear up everything' Helena said.
"There's no clean up anything" Rose said with a trembling voice. The mascara had covered her cheeks and she was more pale than ever. Jack started worrying that she would faint in every minute but Rose managed to stand up.
"The wedding will continue. Without mother"
Other gasps filled the room. Ruth glared at Rose with hatred at her eyes.
"How dare you Rose? I protected you and loved you all these years to-
"Do you want me to tell you what happened after you kicked them out? Or what happened abroad the Titanic?"
Ruth paled. "N-No"
"Good. Then get out"
Turning back, Ruth rushed out leaving them all stare at Rose in awe.
"Sit down" Rose said coldly. "I want to marry normally. Can this happen?"
The priest cleared his throat and said. "By the blessing of God, I announce you husband and wife! Jack, you may kiss the bride"
