Crisis of Infinite Visions: A Wonder Woman Fanfiction Story
Episode 15:
Earth-1197 Alexander Luthor raises his other hand up.
Bright whitish yellow spirit energy and antimatter sparks covers his body.
And... A swirling blinding bright pink and black swirling vortex opens.
The Lego Batplane glides in...letting the vortex carry it in.
Everyone else reactively covers their eyes.
Earth-1197 Alexander Luthor calls out from behind, "now, Pariah! Do it now! ! Groan! I...don't know how long I can keep this portal open!"
He struggles to maintain a controlled hold on the matter-antimatter vortex with his raised arms.
Pariah deduces, "it's up to me to lead you through the pockets of air in the Anti-Monitor. Only I...can tell without falling unconscious."
Teary eyed... Pariah nervously starts to say, "Harbringer... Sniffle! If...if I don't make it..."
Harbringer mostly assures, "we are going to make it. I have heroic hope for us all, Pariah."
There's a lot of faint smiles amongst The Justice League of Eight Universes.
Pariah solemnly concludes, "thank you Lyla. For, if I do or if I don't... Sniffle. I, who unwittingly released the cosmic demon, now will take you to hopeful victory. This is my atonement!"
And, in a spirit energy energization crackling of purple and blue nebula intertwined clouds... Harbringer forms ten spirit duplicates of fiery red and ghostly red.
They reach out to each other in a circle around everyone.
With chronokinesis slowed flashes of spreading out purple, pink, and white nebula rings... They fly in a fast spinning spirit energy circle.
With help from Earth-1197 Alexander Luthor's powers... Harbringer and her spirit duplicates are replenishing the spirit energy circle for solidifying a mostly whitish yellow matter-antimatter sphere.
Pariah merges his gauntlets into the matter-antimatter sphere.
He struggles to pull himself just outside of it. But...he's soon riding it like a antimatter wave.
And, now... They're all heading through the closing vortex...right for the Anti-Monitor.
Several mortal hours ago...
It was a corner of Tartarus.
A little shadow house stood before a incoming spirit flame giant hand.
A team of Mannishade fighters screamed...as the giant hand crushed their shadowy forms into shadowy dust.
Nightshade was crying out, "no! ! Larry! !"
Tears fell from her face.
She almost broke down crying. But, she rushed on to go into the house.
At the open shadowy door... She paused.
Nightshade asked in near disbelief, "mother?! Is it really...?"
Maureen hugged her tight.
Nightshade hugged her back just as tight.
Maureen insisted, "it's all right now, daughter. It's...all right...now..."
Then... Chaos's distorted laugh was heard from Maureen.
And... Tartarus was giving way to darkness...complete darkness.
Nightshade ran around through shadowy portals over and over.
But, try as she could...the image of Maureen was gone.
Nightshade cried out, "no. No! !"
She was lying down on her front side, with her arms crossed in front of her.
And... She broke down crying.
Antitime Earth 1 Psycho Pirate was in a window display, with gold drama masks hung around and laughing. He was turned into a shaking mannequin doll...clutching his own head without a face.
The window display was overlooking a Earth vanishing before the antimatter wave.
But, out in the physical...
Antitime Earth 1 Psycho Pirate was screaming, clutching his head.
Chaos cruelly voiced, "superheroes, supervillains, even Spectres doomed as they pitted one against another in battle! One reality against another! No one hears you scream in Chaos's darkness. Laugh! Can't see friend from foe. Just tiny pawns for Chaos to play circling chess of amusement."
There were more screams and cries in the darkness.
Faintly reflected silhouettes were falling left and right...all before antimatter sparks around a Astral Compression Fork.
Back in the present...
The screams and cries continue in the dark.
There's a lot of antimatter sparks in the dark void of the Anti-Monitor's head section.
And... There's a lot of unconscious bodies seen clearly now around:
Of Space Cabbie of Justice League Action, Martian Manhunter of Earth-One, Power Girl of Earth-Two, Black Adam of Earth-S, Nightshade of Earth-Four, Breach of Earth-Eight, Superman of 2017 JLA movie, several versions of Monarch, several versions of the Spectre, and many more bodies.
Bana-Mighdall Dark Angel has a hand on the Astral Compression Fork to mentally attack Devastator Woman, Flash of Earth-One, Psycho Pirate of Antitime Earth 1, Nightshade, and Spectre of Earth-1. The five of them are seeing each other as Tartarus demons and Chaos.
They're angrily firing at each other with goddess lava blasts, speed cyclones, emotions tied mind control, shadowy portals, and wrath of god powers.
Bana-Mighdall Dark Angel keeps wildly laughing at them.
Meanwhile... The Lego Batplane is sneakily fast flying through the antimatter wave firing chamber, and up the Anti-Monitor's neck section.
With their golden lassos and bat grappling hooks... The Lego Wonder Women, 2017 Lego Batman, and 2017 Lego Robin are leaving little Lego bat bombs on the high up antimatter flux run microwave like computer nodes.
The antimatter wave firing chamber is huge crooked dark and light red striped shaft circles. Hundreds of thousands of Chaos's bodiless bodysuits stand ready to battle within the Anti-Monitor's neck section, arm sections, and leg sections.
The computer nodes implode one by one in little puffs of fire.
Soon... The Lego Batplane comes up in the Anti-Monitor's head section.
2014 Lego Wonder Woman points out, "I don't really know what that does. But, neither do you. And, that huge device is just sparking with trouble."
She's piloting the Lego Batplane. Her free hand is doing the pointing out.
2017 Lego Batman adds, "good call. Kid? Get down there and shut it down. You've got this."
He and 2017 Lego Robin smile to each other.
2017 Lego Robin goes, "all right, bat dad! I'm going in. Whoo...o hoo!"
The Lego Wonder Women all look slightly amused.
While the Lego Wonder Women and 2017 Lego Batman keep leaving Lego bat bombs on antimatter flux run computer nodes... 2017 Lego Robin uses his bat grappling hook to swing side tumble his way into the Astral Compression Fork.
On LEGO-M, in the year 2014...
Cloud Cuckoo Land is surprisingly still standing in the sky.
The ribboned blocky dark blue domes have put out most of the Lego flames on impact like gusts of suddenly unfrozen water. But...the Lego flames are growing again.
Most of the Lego figures have dived for cover in the Lego pile wreckage.
The ribboned blocky dark blue domes are vanishing...while aliens from the planet Duplo are flying out of them in Duplo sized mostly dark purple heart styled flying saucer starships.
Queen Watevra Wa-Nabi of the Duplo aliens, along with her lieutenant Sweet Mayhem, is leading them. Sweet Mayhem is in her special designed starship. Queen Watevera Wa-Nabi has shapeshifted into a even bigger dark purple, pink, and yellow sparkly star styled mothership: With near blindingly bright blue circles of light coming out from under.
Queen Watevera Wa-Nabi calls out, "girls, guys, we're not cuckoos! Chuckle. We know what song we're giving back to them!"
There's plenty of high pitched giggles among the Duplo people.
There's some more screams and laser fast fire.
Meanwhile, within the Lego pile wreckage...
Darkness. Faint glimpses of Lego pieces and flickering red Lego light cylinder pieces.
Wyldstyle has reassembled Emmet Brickowski. But...their backs are covered in Lego piles.
Wyldstyle moderately sighs.
Teary eyed... Wyldstyle concludes, "this isn't the end. This can't be the end! Sniffle. I wanted to go out grim and gritty and tough like Batman. Not with...dark silence going for a downer ending."
Teary eyed himself... Emmet Brickowski concludes, "yeah. At...at least there's no The End showing up in big Legos letters. Everything...everything can still be awesome. Faint sniffle. Right?"
He's daydreaming of giving a magenta heart to Wyldstyle in the middle of Bricksburg.
He puts a kind of comforting hand on hers.
Wyldstyle and Emmet Brickowski very faintly smile, facing each other on their sides.
Then... Lego Batman grumbles, "even a Jason Todd or Damian Wayne Robin wouldn't leave me to assemble myself all alone. Some girlfriend you are."
He uses his grappling hook to kind of loudly reel back in his Lego legs.
Wyldstyle blushes a little.
Wyldstyle suggests, "umm... Hey. You're Batman. Emmet is just starting out as the Special. And, hey: You got that dark center of character back. Completely intentional here."
She somewhat nervously chuckles.
A now completely reassembled Lego Batman climbs over to them.
A bunch of Lego pieces fall from behind Lego Batman.
Wyldstyle and Emmet Brickowski awkwardly move their hands away.
Lego Batman goes, "ri...right. Yes. I'm darkness. I'm Batman! I knew that. Thanks."
He sounds a little better.
He smugly smiles.
Distant sounding... Wyldstyle says, "any time, Bat...man."
Lego Batman clears away enough Legos for Wyldstyle and Emmet Brickowski to stand up.
Wyldstyle and Emmet Brickowski stand up on their own Lego legs.
Unikitty looks out to a small hole in the wreckage...out to the flames.
With mixed feelings... Unikitty voices, "my home. It's gone! I feel something inside. It's like...the opposite of happiness! Sniffle! I must stay positive."
She's on the verge of tears. But, she's also glaring out.
She breathes in and out a lot.
She cries out, "bubblegums! Butterflies! Cotton candy!"
Unikitty begins to cry, standing there.
Vitruvius, Wyldstyle, and Lego Batman just look teary eyed. No words are coming.
Unkitty whines.
Emmet Brickowski goes over to Unkitty.
He hugs her large Lego head.
Emmet Brickowoski tries to comfort her, "gosh, I'm...I'm so sorry, Unikitty. Faint sniffle. Do you wanna sit down and talk about it? I...I could get a double decker couch assembled if..."
Lego Batman gulps nervously some.
Unkitty solemnly says, "no. No! It's...the end. Sniffle. It's mixed feelings of anger and depression. I'm...I'm sorry."
Lego Batman solemnly remarks, "and so it ends the way it begins...in darkness."
Wyldstyle calls out, "oh come on! It's only over if we give up."
Teary eyed... Lego Spaceman Benny says, "well, it's over and we're all giving up. Faint sniffle. There isn't any room to build a spaceship anyway."
He's lying in the Lego wreckage.
Lego Batman asks, "who is this guy? My bat sense tells me we should know him already."
Lego Spaceman Benny introduces himself, "hello. I'm Benny, the usually overeager to help spaceman. Let's get on with the song so we can be happy in space...when we're all...in Lego pieces..."
Lego Batman and Wyldstyle sigh heavily into their hands.
Unkitty and Emmet Brickowoski sigh heavily. Some tears fall from their faces.
Unikitty starts to sing, "everything's not awesome...I'm so depressed..."
Lego Spaceman Benny sings, "everything's not cool..."
Vitruvius starts to calls out, "everyone...listen to me! The prophecy is..."
He sighs heavily. For, no one is listening.
Everyone else continues singing the Everything's Not Awesome song.
Around then, above the Lego pile wreckage...
Dropships are firing at each other.
They're dropping down like bricks...crashing hard into the Lego pile wreckage.
Lego bricks, flashes of Lego arms, and Lego figures aplenty are knocked off by the impacts.
There's more screams. There's plenty of loud splashes in the Lego seabed down below.
But... Queen Watevera Wa-Nabi's forces are coming in between it all.
She shapeshifts into a huge Lego and Duplo hybrid octopus...incorporating most of the Lego pile wreckage into her form. Magenta and pink swirled boom boxes make up the lower half of her tentacles.
Her forces, Sweet Mayhem included, surround the Dropships and the rest of the wreckage.
They're firing Duplo pink hearts.
A round of explosions goes off.
All of Lord Business's Super Secret Police in the Dropships and the Shadow Manhunters are dazed...with bell chimes and little hearts fluttering.
With a transmogrified voice from her battlesuit... Sweet Mayhem says, "all right! Catchy pop music is ready, my queen."
From her starship... Balthazar reports, "this song is bound to get stuck in their heads." He's DJing in the cockpit with a icy gray turntable and all...somehow.
Queen Watevera Wa-Nabi disturbingly smiles.
And... Queen Watevera Wa-Nabi and Sweet Mayhem start to sing together, "this song is going to get stuck inside your...this song is going to get stuck inside your...this song is going to get stuck inside your head-ead-ead..."
The Super Secret Police on the ground, in the air...they're singing and dancing now.
From the no rules sky... All of Cloud Cuckoo Land is being swiftly changed to Harmony Town before Queen Watevera Wa-Nabi's thoughts.
Lego bricks and Duplo bricks are flying from the sky and out from the Lego seabed.
All the fallen Lego figures are flying out from the Lego seabed, riding out on flying Lego and Duplo bricks. They're also dancing and singing to the song.
Even Lego Superman, the whole Lego Justice League, Lego Lex Luthor, Lego Batman's Lego Joker, the whole Lego Legion of Doom, Lego Black Widow, the whole Lego Avengers, and all the Lego Jedi and the Lego Sith from Star Wars movies A New Hope and onward are coming out of the wreckage: Fully reassembled, and singing and dancing to the Catchy Song.
Around then, back in the Lego pile wreckage...
Everyone is on the second part of the Everything's Not Awesome song.
Wyldstyle and Emmet Brickowowski sing together, "everything's not awesome... Faint sniffle. But in my heart, I...I..."
With his arms out... Vitruvius calls out, "I've been trying to tell you for two minutes! The prophecy is made up. But, it was to show you all have self belief! Self belief is within you! It's in you!"
Everyone else faintly smiles knowingly.
Emmet Brickowowski solemnly says, "thank you, Vitruvius. Thank you."
Vitruvius adds, "no: Thank you for your self belief."
Emmet Brickowowski, Wyldstyle, and Lego Batman smile wide.
Emmet Brickowowski says, "I...I really did it. I still don't know how really. But, I..."
Unikitty and Lego Benny look fairly shocked.
Vitruvius faintly smiles.
The teariness is drying up from everyone else's eyes.
By now... Most of the Lego pile wreckage is cleared away before a sunny sky.
All the Super Secret Police fearfully flee for the sky in their remaining sputtering Dropships. All the Shadow Manhunters fearfully flee into the Lego seabed down below Harmony Town Cloud Land...shrieking and coiling from the brightness.
Wyldstyle and Emmet Brickowowski sing together, "but in my heart, I believe...I believe..."
They, Unikitty, Lego Batman, Lego Benny, Vitruvius, Sweet Mayhem, and Queen Watevera Wa-Nabi finish the second part of the song Everything's Not Awesome.
And... Everyone else in Harmony Town join in in one big circle for the song's second part.
There's a ton of clapping and cheers.
That is...until five portals of magic dancing lights appear and disappear fast.
Chaos's distorted laughter can be heard.
A super speeding mostly yellow figure speed crashes through the Lego Justice League. Another speed crashes through the Lego Avengers. Another speed crashes through the Lego Legion of Doom. And, a fourth and a fifth speed crashes through the Lego Jedi and the Lego Sith.
They're all coughing hard...lying on their sides on the Lego sidewalk and roads.
They've gone to Lego pieces.
But... The Lego Jedi and the Lego Sith have the Force in Lego form.
They're trying to put everyone else back together quickly. But, even with Lego Jedi and Lego Sith joining forces to do it...it will take several minutes to fully reassemble everyone.
And now, standing before everyone else...is Lego Reverse-Flash.
All four of his time displaced duplicates from time traveling back and forth have faded away from time. Now there's only one Lego figure of him.
Presently, back in the Anti-Monitor fortress...
The Astral Compression Fork is exploding off in pieces from suddenly bottled up antimatter.
And... 2017 Lego Robin is pulled up into the Lego Batplane by his and 2017 Lego Batman's grappling hooks linked and pulled up together.
The Lego Batplane takes off through a small orangish red portal...back for The Monitor's station.
Bana-Mighdall Dark Angel cries out, "no! My wonderful call of the wild cancelled! !"
She sobs loudly over the burned off remains of the Astral Compression Fork like it was sentient.
Earth-E2OC Batman comments, "sorry: You're no angel. You're just dark and crazy."
He and Harbringer have just appeared before everyone else in the very dim dark.
Bana-Mighdall Dark Angel darkly grins some toward Earth-E2OC Batman.
To everyone else... Earth-E2OC Batman explains, "I had some help finding where you're being kept from 21209 Batman. My future self can open a temporal portal to get all of you out on my signal."
He offers a outstretched hand toward Earth-1 Spectre.
He seems uneasy. But, the others gathered by him act much more nervous.
With Hal Jordan's voice... Earth-1 Spectre considers, "wait Batman. You sound to be real. But, how do we know Chaos isn't just messing with us?"
Bana-Mighdall Dark Angel is impatiently slashing the air with her long nails and arms out.
She makes some wild noises under her breath.
Earth-E2OC Batman faintly smiles.
He pinpoints, "because Harbinger wouldn't be fighting Dark Angel if I was only in your minds."
Harbringer moderately sighs.
She highlights, "The Monitor came in to being in the early dawn of civilizations of our worlds. Spellchecking later came in to existence. Very faint chuckle. I know the spelling, Batman. But, The Monitor always had a lot on his mind. So, I never told him."
Earth-E2OC Batman awkwardly realizes, "ohh." Harbinger kind of awkwardly adds, "yeah."
In a battle cry... Harbinger starts to charge at Bana-Mighdall Dark Angel.
Bana-Mighdall Dark Angel wildly laughs in twisted relief.
They are charging for each other: With spirit duplicates and shadow duplicates plenty.
In battle cries... They're clashing forces in hundreds of exploding dancing lights.
In the midst of it all... Donna Troy is slowly getting up to her feet in the dark void.
She's been pretending to be unconscious for god days just to be left alone by Dark Angel and sleep kind of soundly. But...Donna Troy doesn't seem to have aged a mortal day since the 1990's.
Not long before in mortal time, in the antimatter wall firing chamber...
The antimatter wall firing chamber is still burnt out some from God-Overkill lightning from earlier. But...the inner workings have been taken away for later by Chaos.
The Justice League of Eight Universes gets really frustrated.
But... That's when it all hit Earth-E2OC Batman: The chaos storm must be in the head section.
He volunteers to go ahead of the others. He least knew someone named Troy needs help badly.
Harbinger has just recently blended her spirit duplicates back into her body.
She reaches her hand out to Earth-E2OC Batman.
And, with supercharged replenished spirit and astral energy within from being instrumental in forming the semi-solid matter-antimatter sphere... Harbinger casts a curved astral ray of bright red and green leaves like light right up the Anti-Monitor.
The two of them are launched up just as fast...while the astral ray quickly fades behind them.
Soon after, in mortal time...
Turn after turn going outside of the air pockets... Pariah gets short on breath.
Massive antimatter lightning courses through the random airless pockets.
Pariah keeps calling out this way or that. Earth-1197 Alexander Luthor is steering the matter-antimatter sphere in hard ups, downs, and sideways flips just to keep up with the rapid fire directions.
The blaring loud distorted sirens aren't helping either.
With antimatter sparks coursing through them... Chaos's force of bodiless bodysuits is fly charging for the Justice League of Eight Universes like the matter-antimatter sphere isn't even there.
The League of Wonder Women, with Earth-E2OC Wonder Woman included, get their golden lassos around and slash their spirit energy blades through fifties of then exploding off bodiless bodysuits. The Chosen are using astral energy bursts from their Green Lantern rings and short bursts of their other powers to slash and blast through fifties of then exploding off bodiless bodysuits.
Earth-E2OC Batman and Batman Beyond Batman are deploying bat explosives, punching some, and kicking hard then exploding off fifties of bodiless bodysuits. And, with the combined might of all of their powers... The rest of the Earth-E2OC Justice League are blasting and smashing away fifties of then exploding off bodiless bodysuits.
Any one being would have turned back long before the distorted sirens and the antimatter lightning could destroy them. Yet, the most powerful heroes of eight universes have all continued on with Gloss's and Wonder Woman's plan...together.
Some of them scream from antimatter sparks hitting them. Yet...they continue on.
They all continue on...on...and on for the head section of the Anti-Monitor.
Back in the head section of the Anti-Monitor fortress...
Devastator Woman impatiently figures, "sigh! Enough of waiting room torture. Where is Chaos? Give me the god fun now!"
Earth-One Flash, Earth-1 Spectre, Antitime Earth 1 Psycho Pirate, and Nightshade somewhat darkly smirk.
Earth-E2OC Batman faintly smirks back.
Suddenly... The smirks fade fast from all of their faces.
Chaos has just appeared as a humanoid shadow being of magic dancing lights.
And... Chaos has its shadow god arm around Devastator Woman's neck.
Devastator Woman is coughing hard, struggling to breathe.
Chaos's glaring god eyes disturbingly form on the spot in magic dancing lights.
In a distorted voice... Chaos declares, "vain spiritual attempts...to...save existence of your universes ends with...Devastator Woman's own destruction!"
