Can people please stop taking my fanfictions seriously? These are just for fun, okay? I have nothing to gain from writing these other than personal satisfaction.
"Wow! This entire island is man-made?!" Izuku gasped in amazement as Melissa explained the foundations of I-Island.
"Yeah, there's also normal city stuff as well. Pretty much anything you may need, its right here on this island. The only downside is that we can't travel." Melissa explained.
"Why not?" Ben asked with his hands in his pockets.
"Duh, because the scientists and their families work are top-secret, right?" Izuku stated as Melissa nodded.
"That's correct. It's to make sure no leaks or kidnappings may occur."
As Melissa was saying this, Katsuki's eyes hovered over to two familiar figures who were just walking around and his red eyes widened in excitement.
"HOLY SHIT! IS THAT THE KAIJU HERO: GODZILLO AND MAD MONK UROGE OF THE OLD WORST GENERATION?!"
Everyone turned to see that was indeed the case as people began gathering around the two while clamoring excitedly. Godzillo smiled and flashed a peace sign while Uroge nodded and signed a few autographs. He then noticed Izuku and headed over with his ever-present smile on his face.
"Well, if it isn't Bonney and Ace's boy! I haven't seen you since you were a baby. Are you here for the expo and my movie?"
Izuku smiled and nodded excitedly. "Yeah, I heard you and Godzillo are co-starring together! It's called Mad Monk vs Godzillo, right?"
Katsuki was overjoyed to get an autograph from Uroge since he had been collecting autographs from all of the old Worst Generation except for Blackbeard due to his part in the deaths of Ace and Whitebeard.
"Man, I can't believe Uroge is here! I heard his Damage-Damage Fruit allows him to absorb damage and convert it into strength and size!" Ben said as he watched Uroge leave.
"Yeah, Pro Heroes and Pirates come here for vacations, autograph signings or even the occasional Hero vs Pirate Duels. It's why I-Island is such a tourist trap." Melissa said and true to her words, all different kinds of Pro Heroes and Pirates were around, signing autographs, talking with others or just hanging around while people geeked out in their presence.
"I've also read that they are here for the Expo, is that correct?" Penny inquired as Melissa nodded.
"Yup! A lot of Pro Heroes and some of the Pirates will be at the party tonight so I hope you guys brought something nice."
"Good thing we came prepared, right Ochako?" Izuku said to his girlfriend as she nodded with a giggle.
Suddenly, a massive explosion occurred nearby and the group turned to see Franky fighting against Ceaser Clown.
"Shurororororororo! I'm finally being recognized for my genius and I shall not have you take it away from me, Straw Hat!"
"Yeah, right! You ain't SUPER enough to beat me or anyone in my crew!" Franky shot back as he banged his fists together. As the two charged at each other, they were knocked over the heads by a woman with teal hair in a bobcut. This was Bulma Briefs, head of the Support Company, Capsule Corp.
"STOP FIGHTING! TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT OF THE I-EXPO AND I WANT YOU BOTH TO BE CIVILIZED!"
"Yes, Ma'am..." Groaned the two as Nico Robin giggled and helped Franky nurse the large cartoon bump on his head while Ceaser skulked off.
"Sheesh, a lot of people seem to like that Ceaser guy despite how horrible his experiments were..." Ben grumbled as he eyed the scientist pirate.
"Yeah, well, that's what happens when you have a following." Melissa joked as Ben chuckled and winked at her with a finger gun gesture. Suddenly, the blonde perked up as she seemed to remember something.
"Oh, that reminds me! I need to show you guys some of the top inventions we have!"
Following Melissa, the group arrived at a large building with tons of different Support Items in it.
"Sensational!" Penny exclaimed excitedly as her eyes sparkled in awe and wonder. Not even when she was first created in Detnaret's labs did she ever see so much Support Tech in one place.
"Gotta say, a lot of people would kill for this shit. And I'm saying that because I'm the son of a Villain." Ben joked as he inspected a gauntlet that could harness six special types of energy stored in the knuckle spots.
"What does this do?" Ochako asked Melissa as she inspected a strange plane.
"Oh, it's a special vehicle designed to move on the ground, fly in the air and even go underwater! It's an all-purpose mode of transportation!" Melissa explained before seeing Katsuki looking at a strange diving suit.
"And that is a suit that can travel 7,000 meters into the ocean!"
"Man, a lot of Devil Fruit users would kill for something like that!" Izuku exclaimed before Melissa suddenly placed a helmet over his head.
"Here, Deku, this helmet can let you see all around your body with 36 sensors!"
"Ack! Too much!"
"I already have special optics that let me see all around MY body!" Penny chirped with a smile as Ben rolled his eyes and pet her head. Suddenly, his eyes caught notice of a large golden statue that was in the center of the building and walked over to it. Izuku, after taking off the helmet, also noticed and walked over.
"No way...is that...?"
The statue was of a giant, muscular man with a large smile and eyes that looked like they were daring anybody to challenge the man they belonged to. His body was positioned in a way that looked like he was ready to take on the entire world. Melissa noticed and her eyes softened as her expression became one of melancholy.
"Yeah...this is a statue honoring my uncle...The Demon Heir Douglas Bullet."
"Holy...THE Douglas Bullet was your uncle?" Ben asked in amazement as Melissa nodded sadly.
"Yes. He was my late mother's older brother. This statue was made to honor a brave sacrifice that he made for my sake."
"What happened?" Ochako asked worriedly as Melissa looked like she didn't want to speak but she noticed Izuku, Ben, and Katsuki giving her gentle looks.
"You can talk to us. After all, Deku here is the son of Fire Fist Ace and Ben's the son of a powerful Villain."
Melissa sighed and nodded, knowing she could at least tell them the story. "My mother and Douglas aren't really blood-related but they grew up together under the care of Douglas Grey. One day, I got kidnapped and he would have done anything to save me so he agreed to donate the Eternal Pose, an artifact that could lead to the One Piece treasure of Gol D. Roger."
"Whoa..." Ochako breathed with Penny nodding her head in agreement as she kept her focus on Melissa's story.
"He also agreed to fight every Pirate that would appear at the Pirate Fest, which is why he set it up in the first place. What's worse is that he had a disease that would shorten his lifespan if he pushed past his limits...he wanted to die an honorable death and so he and Monkey D. Luffy fought...and then he died in battle."
Izuku had a grim expression. The Pirate Fest where Douglas Bullet lost his life was only two or three years after the events of Marineford when Ace and Whitebeard died.
"After my Uncle's death, his Devil Fruit, the Clank-Clank Fruit, showed up here on I-Island. My dad and his fellow scientists wanted to keep it secured as a means of honoring his memory while also studying over it. In the end, he died for my sake...besides Daddy and Uncle Might, Uncle Bullet is my Hero."
"Heh, don't worry. We'll all get stronger and be sure to honor their memory, right guys?" Izuku, Ben, Ochako, and Penny all nodded at Katsuki's words before another voice made itself known.
"It looks like your having fun, Kaachan?" Olivia spoke with a cracking voice as the ashen blonde yelped in shock as he jumped into Ben's arms like Scooby-Doo. The Daughter of Franky and Robin was giving a quick glance at Melissa that oozed with protective jealousy.
"You all seem to be having fun."
"I heard everything."
Everyone else turned to see Momo, Kyouka, Hinata, and Violet there as well. Kirby then peeked out from behind Momo's leg and when he laid eyes on Melissa, she gasped as she got down on her knees and held her arms out as the little pink-haired boy ran into her arms and hugged her.
"I see you guys managed to make it?" Ben said as Momo coughed into her fist.
"Well, my family got a pass to the I-Expo and I decided to take it with Jirou as my Plus-One."
Ben turned to Kyouka to see the rocker girl blushing while twirling her earlobes around her finger. Her eyes locked with Ben and he gave her a wink while holding a finger to his lips, telling her that her secret was safe with him.
Everyone soon arrived at a cafe with the girls talking about their Internships to Melissa while Ben was smoking a cigarette with a bored expression on his face.
"Ben, smoking is bad for you, you know..." Izuku lightly scolded before the Son of All for One gave him a look.
"You know I have a Quirk that makes me immune to disease, right? I'm in no danger of getting Lung Cancer anytime soon. 'Sides, this is an E-Cigarette, better for the environment."
"Here's your order, guys!" Said a familiar voice as the drinks that Ben and Izuku ordered were placed in front of them. Ben smirked as he looked up to see Karen there, dressed in a french maid uniform.
"That dress suits you, Hun. Did you decide to get some work here?" The Portal Creator blushed as she tugged at her dress shyly. Denki and Minoru were serving the girls and trying to flirt with Melissa when Katsuki gave them a death glare, making him back off.
"WHY ARE YOU BUMS NOT WORKING?!" Shouted Katakiri as he stomped into view, dressed in a patisserie uniform complete with a hat that was leaned forward to cover his third eye.
Denki and Minoru paled in terror as Katakiri summoned Mogura from the Mochi covering in his body and stabbed the blunt end down, making a small quake that got the two moving back into the cafe to work on dishes. Karen saluted as she headed on after them to wait on more tables.
"Karen has some experience back home in America working at StarBucks. I'm sure she's doing alright here." Violet said while sipping a peach lemonade. Ben chugged the Chocolate Shake he had been given in three gulps and wiped his mug with a satisfied expression.
"You know, I can show you guys around more. We still have time before the I-Expo!" Melissa suggested as the girls nodded excitedly before an explosion was heard and everyone went to see what was going on, only to find a stone arena as everyone was watching someone smash up robots. Upon closer inspection, it was revealed to be Eijirou!
"Hey! It's Kirishima!" Ochako exclaimed as Eijirou finished off the last of the robots.
"AND IN 8TH PLACE WITH 22 SECONDS COMPLETED, THE MANLY AND INTREPID RED RIOT!" Shouted the announcer as the crowd went wild while Eijirou wiped some sweat off his brow and headed off.
"You know him?" Melissa asked.
"Yeah, he's our classmate. He doesn't let anything get him down! He's like an immovable object and an unstoppable force in one!" Olivia stated with a smile. Katsuki grinned and decided to try his own hand at the arena.
"DO YOUR BEST, BABE!" Olivia cheered as the ashen blonde blew her an explosive kiss before cracking his knuckles as he turned to face the approaching robots. In under 15 seconds, he had already decimated every single robot as Olivia cheered, jumping up and down excitedly for her boyfriend while Ben held up both hands to signify him giving Katsuki a score of '10'.
"AFTER THAT EPIC EXPLOSIVE PERFORMANCE, OUR NEXT CONTESTANT IS THE SON OF THE #2 HERO, ENDEAVOR!"
Momo perked up. "Shoto is here as well?"
"Well...Duh! He's the son of the second well-known Hero in Japan!" Ben stated with a shrug as Penny, Hinata, and Violet giggled at the fact while Momo blushed sheepishly in response. Shoto simply used his ice and destroyed the robots in under 14 seconds.
"YOU DICK! I THOUGHT YOU WERE MORE COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR FIRE!" Ben cried out angrily while shaking his fist. Shoko cringed as he looked up at him, remembering their incident in the Sports Festival as he walked off.
"Hey, Izuku, why don't you try?" Violet asked as Izuku awkwardly rubbed the back of his head, unsure of what to do before Ben slapped him on the back.
"Come on, show them how awesome you are!"
With a sigh, the greenette jumped into the arena as the crowd went wild upon recognizing him.
"HERE COMES A NEW CHALLENGER AND IT SEEMS TO BE THE RISING ROOKIE SENSATION, PORTGAS D. IZUKU!" The announcer cried in excitement as Izuku took a deep breath to calm his nerves before adjusting his hat as the robots came.
"Alright, here goes nothing..." Closing his eyes, Izuku channeled [One for All] through his body before activating Full Cowl. He then surrounded his body in a wreath of flames as he floated into the air, lightning, and fire sparking off him as he opened his eyes, revealing them to be glowing a brilliant emerald.
"HERE IT GOES! DRAGONFORCE MODE: PHOENIX INFERNO!"
In a magnificent explosion of flame, all of the robots were reduced to melted slag as Izuku landed back on the ground, panting heavily as smoke burned from his body. Everyone was in shock before Ben clapped with a smile on his face. The clapping started a chain reaction starting from Melissa, to the rest of the Hero Students and finally the whole crowd.
"INCREDIBLE! HE REACHED 1st PLACE IN UNDER 10.23 SECONDS!" The announcer screamed before fainting.
"Aren't you going to show your power as well, Ben-Kun?" Hinata asked as Ben sighed before walking off with his hands in his pockets.
"I don't think people would like to see the Son of a Villain right now..." Melissa looked worried while Penny, Hinata, and Violet followed after him in concern. Izuku got back up and was hugged by Ochako while getting a slap on the back from Katsuki but noticed Ben leaving and became worried for his friend as well.
Meanwhile, on another part of the island, a man fell unconscious as a shadowy figure was talking on the phone.
"Yeah, I've got the goods...Huh? All-Might and Pirate King Luffy are BOTH on the island right now?" After a tense silence, the figure chuckled.
"It doesn't matter. Soon, I'll be able to avenge him..."
Back with David and Toshinori, the two were currently in David's main lab as Toshinori was done being checked upon as he got out of the medical pod he had been placed in.
"Toshi...what is going on, you're Quirk levels are going down!"
"Years of fighting, old friend. My time is coming close..." The blonde man half-lied as he put his clothes back on.
"I guess...but if this goes on, the world will lose its Symbol of Peace! Other parts of the world are dangerous, you know."
Toshinori nodded grimly, seeing the truth in his old friend's words. "That may be true, but don't forget that Pirate King Luffy is the current Symbol of Freedom. He'll still be around to instill hope in the people of both our world and the Grand Line, even when I'm gone."
David looked unsure but Toshinori still wasn't done as he thought to himself. "Besides, I have the utmost faith in Young Izuku as well as Young Ben. Both of them will help revolutionize the world with their strength. Them AND their classmates."
