The world sees things like they are black and white
but the truth is
life is not always fair
I can see the shades of gray in between
while others look though a bias lens
Can you take off those glasses
and see what I see
The shades of gray in between
You can work hard
but not make a penny
and others assume it's because your lazy
but that isnt true
It's because your boss hates you
You walk to school in fear of your life
because the taliban
are dropping bombs from the sky
They say all Taliban are evil
but that is not true
Stop thinking life is black and white
Because that is just not true
there is shades of grey too
Thier was once a soldier in WW2
who was on the wrong side
at the wrong time
He was just trying to feed his family
is he evil?
Just like there are two sides to a coin
there are people
who do the wrong things for all the right reasons
They might have done wrong things
but sometimes
People need to know
life isn't always fair
Things might not be black and white
There once was a women who worked at a candy shop
Her parents died
when she was five
Is her life black and white?
