Saturday morning everyone woke up with a hangover except for Jared and Quil. They had started coffee and breakfast for everyone when Kim made her way down the hall. Glitter was now spread all over face and she was still in the dress from the night before. Jared handed her a cup of coffee but once she smelt the eggs cooking she took off running to throw up. Jared cussed and followed to hold her hair back. Denny was next up, shuffling down the hallway. He grabbed the cup that was meant for Kim and popped toast into the toaster.

"She'll be fine, tell Jared to look in the cabinet for some zofran and headache medicine," Denny began sipping the coffee and counting down for his food. Quil took the eggs off the burner and knocked on the bathroom door.

"Got it man," Jared called out before they heard the rattling begin.

"Here, give this to Charlie lover boy. I got the twins," Denny sat a mug down on the counter for Quil to grab and grabbed two cups hisself and headed towards the master bedroom. As Quil walked down the hallway he heard the twins start shouting about bright light and devil child. Quil pushed the black door open to see Charlie sprawled out on her bed cuddling a stuffed wolf. He chuckled before walking in and crouching next to her bed. Her hair was extremely curly from swimming last night, her makeup smeared everywhere, her mouth slightly open and her clothes still all on minus the boots she threw at the dickhead (literally and figuratively) last night. A black eye had formed and some blood was still on her nose. Still beautiful though. Quil shook her gently but that backfired because the next thing he knew Charlie sat up and cocked back, punching him square in his nose. Quil was taken back a bit but nothing happened.

"Oh my god! Quil!" Charlie felt horrible, she had just punched this wonderful saintly man. "I'm sorry! It was instinct," Charlie started touching his face, looking for blood or a broken nose but she found nothing. She put her hands down and eyed his face closer.

"Hard head," Quil shrugged nervously before offering the coffee as a peace offering. Charlie shook off what just happened and took the cup, inhaling the aroma.

"Kim doing okay?" Charlie asked when she saw her roommate wasn't in bed.

"Oh, throwing up. Denny recommended some pills though," Quil stared at her as she leaned back against the wall nursing her cup.

"So I said I'd get sober today, huh?" Charlie took a giant gulp before looking into his eyes. She would get sober for this man if it meant he kept looking at her like this. Like she was worth something. Like she was worth everything.

"You did. Even got video evidence," Quil grinned remembering their kiss and dance last night. How she confided in him, trusted him with a part of her life.

"Well, then I guess let's get some food and get looking for those meetings so we make it to the bonfire tonight, right?" Charlie stood you and stretched. She went to her closet and pulled out jeans and a black baggy sweater before grabbing her sunglasses from the floor next to the bed.

"I almost forgot all about that," Quil hadn't realized today was the day when Charlie learned about the legends. It wasn't the time to tell her, especially not since she has decided to get clean. Quil decided that he would tell her soone, just not today. Quil followed Charlie down the hallway to where they saw the twins laying on the couch with blindfolds on, sipping coffee.

"The light hurts their baby eyes," Charlie talked in a baby voice before chugging the rest of her coffee and going to refill it.

"Sorry we aren't pros like you Miss I've Been Drinking Since I Was 12," Nick whisper yelled at Charlie. Mick covered his ears, even that was too loud for him. Jared and Kim sat on the barstools, Kim had her head down on the counter as Jared rubbed her back.

"Kim, come shower. It'll help," Charlie looped an atm through hers and helped pull her up. She helped her walk to the bathroom and climb into the tub.

"Jared, go get her clothes and the gallon of cold water in the fridge," Charlie ordered before shutting the bathroom door. Charlie took the ponytail out of Kim's hair letting it fall free, Kim's headache instantly left. Charlie unzipped the dress and let Kim slide it off herself and threw it in the sink. Charlie grabbed bubble bath from underneath the sink and put some in the tub before turning on hot water. She grabbed the their toothbrushes off the counter and started stripping herself.

"You're taking a bath with me?" Kim asked nervously. She hadn't bathed with anyone other then her sister Sarah when she was a child and Jared.

"Duh, don't worry Kimmy. We both need a bath and to wash up. Plus the steam and relaxing water will help you," Charlie placed towels on the closed toilet lid for them before Charlie climbed in to her side of the tub. Kim was too hungover at this point to really care about seeing a naked Charlie. Plus she thought it was neat to see all her tattoos.

"How many tattoos do you have? Did they hurt?" Kim knew she asked the most common questions but the only other one she could think of is 'are you going to freak out when you find out Quil is a wolf?'

"I have too many to count and they did hurt but always a good kind of pain," Charlie shrugged as she piled bubbles on top of her. Once the water was high enough she turned it off and grabbed two makeup rags along with some makeup remover. She soaked her rag and showed Kim how to push up on her face to avoid any wrinkles. They tried to get every trace of glitter off of their faces but they both knew it was impossible.

"How did you get to be so cool?" Kim asked while staring at a deep scar on Charlie's inner wrist that she never seemed to notice.

"I'm not. I'm just an anxiety filled, self-doubting, crazy...bitch," Charlie laughed at the answer to the question. She knew she wasn't cool. She was fucked up. She was bitter and hurt and angry.

"Kim, I wish I was more like you. Innocent, plain, naive. It's a blessing," Charlie was jealous of her new friends innocence. How she wish she had it still. How she wish hers wasn't stolen when she was so small. How unfair it is. Once the water turned cold they both got out and dried off. Charlie got dressed and told Kim she'd go get her clothes from Jared. She left the bathroom and shut the door to keep whatever warmth was left from the bath in there. Jared held up the clothes he had retrieved for Kim so Charlie just gave him the signal to go and give them to her. She walked back in the kitchen and heated up her now cold cup of coffee.

"Denny! Can you grab me a pair of boots and a baseball hat," Charlie shouted making both of the twins cringe and groan. Quil surpressed a laugh from the balcony window. He was looking out at the city already getting busy.

"Here you go. Where are you going?" Denny asked as he came into the kitchen with a pair of flat booties and a black baseball hat. Charlie slipped the boots on and fitted the hat to her head. She put her sunglasses on that were waiting for her on the kitchen counter and grinned.

"I'm going to get sober," Charlie grabbed her coffee cup and purse that had been tossed by the front door last night and headed out into the hallway. Quil followed quickly giving everyone a quick goodbye. He was going to support his girl.
