19. End towards the Beginning

The familiar feeling of dimensional traveling was a welcome one to the pirates. Being cooped up in a stuffy school for several months was not a warm thing. Less than a minute later they were in the skies above their hideout.

As he'd ordered just before they departed all of their allies were already waiting for them. It was time to discuss strategy now that Akainu was dead and the World Government in disarray.

"Welcome back space boy." Came the snarky response of Pez's first mate Leo.

"Glad to be back. The idiocy of those stick wavers is enough to last me 90 lifetimes. By the time I've recovered we could be standing on the island of dragons. Gather everyone in the main meeting hall, it's time to discuss what our next course of action is." Nodding he headed off to the control room to find a transponder snail to give out directions.

"Listen up everyone, I know we've been gone for a long time but now it's time to get things back in order. With the marines practically nonexistent the World Government is still scrambling around trying to figure out what to do." The commanders all nodded. They've all gone over the reports and things were proceeding just as projected. They've already accomplished most of their goals, the only question was finding out what to do next.

Nana looked like she was about to suggest something when everyone with Observation Haki sensed an incoming threat. Acting quickly Nana put up a barrier which I reinforced with a spell I learned during one of the few times I actually bothered to study. At that moment the roof of our HQ blew up and as the dust clears something which none of them had seen in years appeared before them. Which worried everyone who'd been part of the original crew immensely.

Their most dangerous enemy. One they thought was already long dead.
