It's time for some awakenings...

Also, just so you know, yes, Melissa's weapon 'Excalibur' is based on the same weapon from Fire Force.

After the recess was over, everyone got ready for the first match of the next round, which would be Izuku against Inasa. Some of the Hero Class were wondering how this would go, considering Inasa was a master Air Manipulator while Izuku had that as well as plenty of other powers. The two boys stepped onto the stadium and shook hands before taking a few steps back to give their first moves some space.

"Alright; BEGIN!" Nemuri announced with a crack of her whip as Izuku blitzed forward on jets of flame emitting from his feet while Inasa boosted himself into the air with his wind. Izuku immediately stopped at the edge and followed his classmate into the sky, coating his fists in ice as he thrust them at Inasa, who swiped his hand and sent a gust of wind to push the greenette off-course.

"Not bad, Inasa-Kun!" Izuku complimented as he twisted in the air before controlling his own air current to keep himself from falling out of bounds. He then fired several small fireballs from his fingers like bullets but Inasa used his wind to blow them off-course. Thankfully, he did so in a way that they would spread and evaporate in the air harmlessly.

"You truly are a hot-blooded guy, Izuku! Let's give it all we've got with just our wind!" Inasa then formed a ball of compressed air in his hands and flew back down to the stage as Izuku followed suit, forming two balls of compressed air in his hands before putting them together in one bigger ball.

"Everyone hang on to your seats!" Oboro announced as the audience did just that. With a mighty cry, Izuku and Inasa fired their wind blasts at each other. Both boys struggled as they put more power into the winds they were projecting. Soon enough, the gusts began building up around them until they formed a giant controlled tornado. Cementoss quickly made restraints for him and Nemuri so they wouldn't get blown away.

"AUNTIE EM, AUNTIE EM! IT'S A TWISTER!" Hizashi cried dramatically as everyone closed their eyes in order to wait out the storm. With Izuku and Inasa, sweat was pouring down their heads as they tried to maintain control before finally, they couldn't hold on anymore and let go, the tornado dissipating as the two boys fell to their knees in exhaustion.

"AND IT LOOKS LIKE YOARASHI AND MIDORIYA ARE DOWN FOR THE COUNT! WILL THEY BE ABLE TO CONTINUE?!" Hizashi yelled as everyone was on the edge of their seats in anticipation. Slowly but surely, both boys began getting up, fatigue from pushing against each other showing as they stumbled towards each other but despite that, they both still had friendly competitive smiles.

"Wanna go out with a bang?" Inasa asked as Izuku smiled and nodded. Regaining their vigor, the two boys yelled and rushed towards each other and grabbing each other by the waists, holding their grounds as they began wrestling to see who tapped out first.

Suddenly, before anyone could react, both boys shot into the air on jets of wind spinning around their legs. Izuku then encased himself in stone while Inasa seemed to be coated in wind, his body turning light blue with ancient energy.

"HOT-BLOODED!"

"YEAH!"

Both boys cried out before finally, a massive discharge of air blew them away from each other. Inasa landed first, kicking up dirt as he landed out of bounds while Izuku landed on the stage, his stone armor shattering into pebbles upon impact.

"INASA YOARASHI HAS FALLEN OUT OF BOUNDS! IZUKU MIDORIYA PROGRESSES!" Nemuri announced with a raise of her whip as the crowds went wild in response. Izuku weakly got up and limped over to Inasa's prone body. Eventually getting to him, the freckled cinnamon roll fell next to his friend's side and pressed his head to his heart, smiling in relief to hear it beating.

"Good job, Mido-Bro...let's do it...again..." Inasa breathed with Izuku smiling as they both lost consciousness. Some medic bots came and carried them to Recovery Girl's office as the rest of the Hero Class were floored.

"Damn! Midoriya and Yoarashi are both so frickin' manly!" Eiko cried with passionate tears. Tetsutetsu nodded vigorously next to her with his own tears.

"They always enjoyed messing around with their Quirks when we were younger. They almost trashed my old ladies' living room when we were having a playdate together." Katsumi chuckled as she recalled a memory from childhood.

"But that aura that was coming out of Yoarashi-Kun...What could it be?" Momo pondered, having seen the energy Inasa was projecting in his and Izuku's final move.

"Ina-Baby...what are you hiding?" Camie thought with a fist to her chin, having also seen her friend's brief transformation.

The next match was Iida and Mina and it went by relatively quickly. Iida was much faster than the acid Mina was projecting and he managed to push her out of bounds quickly. However, Mina made it a little hard for him by making acid tracks so that it would trip him up.

"Man, you're just too quick, Iida!" The pink girl pouted as the Brother of Ingenium blushed sheepishly and adjusted his glasses.

"Forgive me, Ashido. But I couldn't lose with my family watching, of course."

"No problem. Family is important." The two shook hands and headed back to the stands. The next match was Toga against Ibara and as the two girls headed to the stage, the vampiric blonde grinned in anticipation as Ibara looked greatly worried.

"Don't worry, Ibara-Chan. I'll go easy on you~." That didn't make the saintly girl reassured and as Nemuri cracked the whip, Toga lunged, biting her lip as blood dribbled from her lip before forming into a knife that she grabbed in her hand.

"FAITH'S SHIELD!" Ibara cried as she formed a massive wall of vines from her hair to hold Toga back but the vampiric girl was cutting through them too fast for her liking. Acting quickly, Ibara dived out of the way and then sent several of her vines at Toga in order to restrain her, wrapping around her waist and lifting her into the air.

"Forgive me, Lord. For striking down yet another classmate in order to succeed." Ibara prayed with her hands clenched but then heard Toga giggling as she opened her eyes to see the blonde with her head down.

"You know your vines are pretty thorny...they're poking me all over...and making quite a few CUTS~!"

Ibara's eyes widened as she recalled the full extent of Toga's Quirk and before she could react, blood seeped out of the vines holding Toga in place and suddenly shifted and bubbled as they formed into a large pair of bloody arms before ripping the vines asunder. Toga landed on her feet like a cat before looking up and licking her lips excitedly as she rushed forward faster than Ibara could react, tackling her to the ground and pinning her down.

"Pinned ya~!" Toga leaned in closer but stopped when she saw Ibara's frightened expression. Remembering the looks of her former parents, Toga got off with a guilty expression as Ibara slowly got up. Before she could react, Toga turned and walked out of bounds, leaving the stage as Nemuri awkwardly raised her whip in the air.

"Himiko Toga has forfeited the match...the round goes to Ibara Shiozaki..."

Ibara watched Toga leave, remembering the look of shame in her usually excited eyes. "What burdens do you carry on your soul, Himiko?"

Izuku and Katsumi looked at each other worriedly as Toga solemnly sat in a chair far away from her classmates, her expression one of self-disgust. The rest of the class had concerned expressions of their own, some due to seeing how crazy Toga was acting while others saw just how withdrawn and horrified she was with herself now. Ibara returned to the stands and sat next to Itsuka, giving a worried glance to her opponent in the process.

Tomura Shigaraki was watching on the TV in the League of Villains' base of operations while scratching his neck in curiosity. Toga had so much potential but she hesitated to land a finishing blow.

"She would have made a fine member of our League..." The pale-skinned boy thought as he continued to watch.

"Alright! The next match is Melissa Shield against Eiko Kirishima! Would the two participants please make their way down?" Nemuri announced and the two did just that. Melissa drew her Excalibur while tapping a special pad on her shoulder that unfolded and extended into her Battle Armor Sleeve, which then sprouted the teal energy spikes with a sharp SHIING.

"You may not have a Quirk, but you've got some seriously manly inventions, Melissa-Chan!" Eiko exclaimed while punching her hardened fists together.

Melissa smiled in response. "Well, you're Quirk may be simple, but it's definitely the perfect offense and defense! A great example of simple is the best!"

Eiko blushed before Nemuri cracked the whip, signaling the girls to give it they're all. Melissa rushed in first, being sure to have Excalibur set to Stun Mode as she swung at Eiko, who blocked with her hardened arms, the energy from the blade sending a tingle down her body each time it made contact.

"Man, I can feel that!" Eiko cried as she threw a hard punch at Melissa who blocked with her Battle Armor Sleeve but the force was enough to push her back a good 3 meters. Luckily, the Blonde Inventor was able to stop herself before going out of bounds. She then decided to try a secret trick hidden in her gadgets.

"You may think Excalibur is just a sword, but with the push of a button..." Melissa then pressed a button on the handle and spun the blade around in her hand as it shifted and folded before turning into a futuristic double-barrel revolver with an energy gauge on the side.

"...IT'S ALSO A GUN! In this form, it's called 'BULLSEYE'!"

Some of the Support Companies watching were floored while some nodded their heads with impressed expressions, expecting as much from the daughter of the famous David Shield.

Eiko had her jaw on the floor before picking herself back up and looking at Melissa's transformed weapon with sparkling eyes.

"THAT IS SERIOUSLY FRICKIN' MANLY!"

Melissa giggled before pulling the trigger, sending a bolt of green plasma at Eiko, who quickly swatted it as best she could with a hardened arm before rushing forward and throwing a punch at Melissa, who blocked with her Armor Battle Sleeve, which projected a hardlight shield from the spikes adorning it.

"You think I wouldn't be prepared?" Eiko grinned as she delivered a rapid flurry of punches that Melissa effortlessly absorbed into her shield before jumping back by pistol-whipping Eiko with Bullseye. She then clenched her armored fist as it glowed with teal energy.

"And one more neat feature; my Armored Battle Sleeve also absorbs Kinetic Energy from its shield and after I recall the shield, the stored energy is built up in a special tank inside the sleeve! Allowing me to discharge it at any given time like SO!"

Before Eiko could react, Melissa punched her in the chest with her armored fist and then squeezed as a giant burst of energy blew the redhead back, sending her tumbling out of bounds as she grunted, hardening her skin in order to soften the impact.

"EIKO KIRISHIMA HAS BEEN KNOCKED OUT OF BOUNDS! MELISSA SHIELD WINS!" The crowd went wild as Melissa went over and helped her classmate up. The redhead simply had a big goofy grin on her face as she got back to her feet.

"Man, that was AWESOME! You gotta show more of those gadgets some time!" Melissa blushed in response to the compliment as she and Eiko headed back to the stands.

David Shield was watching from his room and smiled proudly at his daughter's victory with a small tear coming out of his eye as his assistant and close friend, Sam, happily clapped for Melissa as well.

"That's my baby girl."

Next was a highly anticipated match; Ochako and Katsumi. The two young ladies headed to the stage and stood far from each other. Nemuri could smell the tension radiating off the girls as she chuckled, praising their youthful energy in her head as she raised her whip to start the match.

"Don't go holding back, Round Face. Gimme all you have!" Katsumi said.

"I promise...I WILL!" Ochako cried as Nemuri cracked the whip. The brunette rushed forward with her hand outstretched but Katsumi was on guard and retaliated with a full-scale explosive blast, being mindful to control the heat so as not to burn her opponent badly.

"DAMN! NO MERCY FROM BAKUGOU RIGHT OFF THE BAT!" Hizashi cried in disbelief as he nearly fell out of his seat from shock. Oboro cringed in concern while Aizawa kept his eyes trained on the fight, showing no response of his own.

"Damn, you could have gone a little gentler, Bakugou?!" Itsuka exclaimed while the rest of the class watched in worry. Izuku, however, showed no response other than the most utmost concentration. He was keeping his eyes on both Katsumi and Ochako as they fought.

As the dust settled, Katsumi actually looked impressed to see Ochako was still standing, having not been blown away at all. Looking down at her feet, Katsumi noticed that Ochako seemed to be wedged to the floor.

"How did you do that, Round Face?"

"I...I have no idea..." Ochako breathed as a pink spark flickered across her eyes. Before Katsumi could react, she was suddenly lifted in the air as if gravity had decided to grab her and fool with her like a doll. She guessed this was Ochako's Quirk at work but she didn't even notice her touching her.

"Think you got me, Round Face?!" Katsumi roared as she used her explosions to push herself against the forces of gravity conspiring against her. Ochako struggled before being knocked back as Katsumi felt gravity return to normal around her.

"Gotta admit, I didn't see that trick coming. Show me if you keep up, though!" Ochako got up just in time to see Katsumi barreling towards her like a raging bull. Thinking quickly, the brunette thrust her hands out, hoping it would touch Katsumi and negate her gravity but something else happened instead.

As soon as Ochako's hands were fully outstretched, an invisible force of gravity hit Katsumi and caused her to fall to the ground. Groaning in pain, the ashen blonde struggled to get up but she felt like a 1000-pound truck had been put on top of her and was slowly increasing in pressure.

"W-What did I do...?" Ochako wondered as she got up. Her eyes then widened in horror as she saw Katsumi actually writhing in pain. Panicking, the brunette placed her hands together and sighed in relief when Katsumi began breathing and got up again, stretching out her back and twisting her neck side to side to get the joints out.

"Huh, your Quirk couldn't do that, Round Face. What happened?"

Ochako looked at her hands, the pink paw pads glowing a much darker color. "I-I don't know...i-it's like I was controlling gravity itself!"

Katsumi grinned excitedly, seeing an opportunity as she put a hand on Ochako's shoulder. "Let's give these people a show then! Try and see what else you can do!"

Nodding, Ochako concentrated and suddenly, chunks of the stage became ripped out as they floated around her. Thinking of what to do next, a lightbulb went off in Ochako's head as she moved her hands intricately and suddenly, before her very eyes, she began making a small black hole that began sucking the rubble into it.

"Careful, Uraraka!" Nemuri warned as she saw the black hole. Ochako's eyes then glowed pink as the black hole turned into a white hole, shooting out the rubble that had previously been sucked up as projectiles towards Katsumi, who dodged out of the way while laughing.

"This is great!"

"AND IT SEEMS THAT URARAKA HAS SOMEHOW UNLOCKED SOME NEW TRICKS! SHE'S MAKING GRAVITY ITSELF HER PLAYTHING!" Hizashi cried in amazement as Aizawa continued watching.

"Could the theory be true...can it be that Quirks can really be awakened?"

As for Izuku, he was busy scribbling down these new discoveries in his notes as everyone looked at him in bewilderment. He was also muttering up a storm as Itsuka, Setsuna, and Eiko sweat-dropped, being the ones who knew about his mumbling besides Katsumi. Inasa just laughed while Toga herself couldn't help but giggle, slowly getting out of her funk.

The next few minutes were just Ochako testing out her new Gyrokinetic capabilities. She decreased gravity on herself to fly without getting nauseous and even fired beams of gravitational energy that crushed and compressed what it came in contact with. She also was able to hold Katsumi telekinetically with her gravitational manipulation.

"Alright, Round Face, fun and games are over!" Katsumi laughed before spinning in a drill as she exhumed explosions from her hands as she broke free from Ochako's control. The brunette quickly manipulated gravity to unearth chunks of the stage to form a wall as Katsumi impacted with the wall, pushing her out of bounds as Nemuri cracked her whip.

"AND WITH THAT, KATSUMI BAKUGOU PROGRESSES TO THE NEXT ROUND!" Ochako sighed before being helped up by Katsumi, who gave her a reassuring look in her ruby-red eyes.

"For the first time on figuring out just how far you can use your Quirk...I think that was a successful test run."

Ochako smiled in response but still felt disheartened at her loss. Walking to the waiting room, she took out her flip phone and called her parents to talk with them.

"Mom, Dad...I'm sorry, I didn't win...but I think something amazing happened all the same! M-My Quirk evolved!"

However, all she was heard was breathing on the other end. She didn't know why but she felt nervous before a small giggle emerged, echoing into her mind and burning into her memory.

"Your Mommy and Daddy are busy at the moment, sweetie~. I'll call back when they're available...which may seem a little unlikely!"

The hoarse voice on the other end suddenly burst out into peels of hysterical laughter as Ochako's hands trembled, her fingers gripping tightly around the phone.

"Who are you...w-what did you do to them?"

She didn't get an answer as a gunshot was heard and the line went dead. Panicking, Ochako tried calling her parents number again but it came up empty.

"MOM! DAD!"

Hana gulped, her nerves feeling loose as the final match of the second round was upon them...and it was her against Shoko. After getting a drink of water to calm herself down, she suddenly bumped into a figure she wasn't expecting; the Flame Hero Endeavor himself.

"You're All-Might's Goddaughter, aren't you?" The imposing man said cooly with his arms folded as Hana gulped and nodded, a cold sweat running down her neck.

"Y-Yes, sir..."

"My Shoko is your opponent and while I don't like admitting it, your Quirk easily rivals hers, if not surpasses it. However, she is being rebellious at the moment but I think you may be able to help."

Hana glared, remembering what Shoko told her about what Endeavor did. "And what would that be, sir?"

"Get her to use her left side which she stubbornly refuses to use. I admit, I may not be the best father around, but it is disgraceful to have my successor hold herself back against one of All-Might's flesh and blood. She was born with that exact purpose to succeed above all else."

Hana scoffed as she made her way past the #2 Hero, not tolerating the blatant antagonism radiating off of him. She honestly didn't know why her godfather insisted on forming a more friendly relationship with him if all this man had was bitterness, resentment, and pettiness in his heart.

As the last Shimura was about to leave for the stage, Endeavor spoke up some final thoughts. "Also, that Midoriya Kid. All-Might has his eye on him, it seems. He seems to care about you and that boy a whole lot...wouldn't be surprised, after all...I was with him when your grandmother died."

Hana bit her lip and clenched her fist, resisting the urge to reconstruct the ground into a giant fist to punch the guy in his cruel face but she kept her cool.

"I'm not my Grandmother, Izuku isn't All-Might...and Todo-Chan isn't YOU."

Endeavor gave an irate glare as Hana made her way to the stage before scoffing as he headed back to the Pro Hero VIP seats. He noticed Toshinori sitting with a plump green-haired woman as well as the rising young upstarts who had already made it to the Top 10, Ryuukyuu, Hawks, and Miruko. Huffing, the Flame Hero took his seat as he watched the battle about to take fold.

Hana stepped onto the stage to see Shoko standing across from her. The Granddaughter of Nana Shimura sighed as she rubbed her shoulder before looking at Shoko directly in the eye.

"Todo-Chan...listen to me. I understand how much pain you must feel...but I can't let you hold yourself back, okay?"

Shoko said nothing in response and as soon as Nemuri cracked the whip, the heterochromatic girl sent a large wave of ice towards Hana, who grunted as she placed her hands against the ice and as soon as it made contact, it suddenly melted into cloud vapor.

"Ah, that's Hana-chan and her crazy Matter Bending!" Oboro exclaimed as Hana then weaved her hands through the cloud vapor, changing its state as she sent it back at Shoko, transforming the vapor into a wave of fire that Shoko quickly blocked with an ice wall, which slowly melted into a small pile of slush as soon as the flames finished.

"Not enough!" Shoko slammed her foot down and created a wave of ice behind her that broke apart into several pillars that lunged towards Hana, who slammed her hands on the ground and formed her own pillars that clashed against Shoko's constructs. Ultimately, concrete won against ice and Shoko was forced to perform evasive maneuvers, sliding on ice that she formed using Hana's pillars as footstools for the ice she was projecting.

Hana quickly formed a dome barrier from the ground as Shoko shot a stream of frost at her. Suddenly, the frost began melting at a rapid pace before turning into steam as Hana had coated the outer layer of her dome shield with lava. Soon, a small hole in the ground opened and Hana popped out of it, having reconstructed the ground to form an underground path she could slide through.

As Hana got on guard, she noticed patches of frost forming on Shoko's right side and her breath emitting as frosty air. The Shimura Girl knew that Shoko's ice side was being overused and only by using her fire could she keep up a fighting chance.

"Dammit, Todo-Chan! You're shaking! I can see your breath from miles away! You need to use your fire or you'll only end up hurting yourself!"

Shoko grit her teeth as she sent another wave of ice, this one much weaker than the last as Hana groaned in irritation and formed a large platform from the ground to lift herself out of reach before then forming a slide from the edge and gliding across it as she jumped and tackled Shoko to the ground before forming a cuff from the concrete that wrapped around Shoko's right wrist tightly.

"Please, Todo-Chan! You'll only be causing yourself more pain!"

Shoko growled and threw her head forward, headbutting Hana and knocking her off as she struggled to pull the cuff off her wrist. She then remembered her right foot was free and stomped it down as it sent several ice spikes at Hana who held her hands out and turned them into water that splashed harmlessly on the ground.

"Damn you...why are you doing this, Shimura?! Why are you trying to force me to use the side I refused to use?! Did my bastard old man pay you in advance?!"

"No, I don't want Endeavor's cheap money! I want you to fight with all you can! If you don't, you're only letting him hurt you more!"

Shoko managed to slip her wrist free and rubbed it as she processed Hana's words to her.

"If you hold yourself back, you're still letting him control you! If you keep having this petty grudge against your father, it just means your letting him continue to hurt you! I should know because my own father hurt me and my brother too!"

Shoko froze, remembering when Hana confessed about the past of her family.

"My father hated Heroes and tried to control me and Tenko from ever following our own dreams! I know that deep down in his heart, he only wanted to protect us but what he was doing caused more harm than good! And that control was what led to me making the worst mistake of my life and that cost me my entire family! When All-Might took me in, I promised never to hold myself back on the past! I promised myself that I would forge a new future and learn from my mistakes!"

Shoko continued to listen but Hana's final words struck a chord in her heart. "And listen to me right now, Todo-Chan! Your left side doesn't belong to Endeavor, it belongs to you and YOU ALONE!"

In that moment, time around the two seemed to stop as Shoko processed the words of her classmate. Looking at her hands, she saw the reflections of her mother and her father...which then broke away to show only her. In that moment, she remembered what her mother said before she was taken away.

"Shoko-Chan, don't let your parent's burdens hold you back. Be the Hero that you want to be..."

She then remembered the support of her brothers and sister.

"Come on, Baby Sis, you still got us, right?"

"Shoko, I promise. I'll do my best to make sure Dad stops hurting you!"

"Shoko...be the Hero you want to be...don't let our shitty old man's ambitions control you." That last line was spoken by a boy with red hair and burn scars, mere days before he disappeared seemingly off the face of the Earth.

"Mom, Natsuo-Nii, Fuyumi-Nee...Toya-Nii...How could I have forgotten?"

Small embers began sparkling to life around Shoko's left arm before bursting into a brilliant inferno, melting the ice patches covering her right side as her red and white hair billowed in the wind.

"Whoa, Nelly!" Katsumi exclaimed as she reared her head back to avoid the intense heat that was radiating towards the stands. Izuku could only watch in silent wonder as he saw the beautiful flames dance around Shoko's long, flowing hair while Hana smiled.

"Shimura...No...Hana-Chan...Thank you..." Shoko thought as she sent a wave of fire forward but due to the cold air, it expanded the flames and created a giant blast of plasma as Hana smiled in response and rushed forward, slapping her hands against her body and transforming her skin into solid steel.

"TODO-CHAN!"

"HANA!"

The two girls then struck each other and a massive explosion erupted from the center of the stadium. Everyone shielded their eyes while Endeavor watched with pride as his flames burned brightly in response before his excitement became too much as he cried to the heavens.

'YES, SHOKO! YOU HAVE DONE IT! WITH YOUR POWER, YOU WILL SURPASS ME AND ALL-MIGHT AND BECOME THE GREATEST OF THEM ALL!"

Toshinori shielded Inko from the bright erupting lights while Keigo spread his wings protectively to shield as many people as he could while Rumi could only stare closer in extreme fascination.

"Get back, Rumi, you'll go blind!" Desutegoro cried as he and Yuu tried to pull the bunny girl back.

"CAN'T! IT'S TOO AWESOME!"

After a few tense moments, the dust settled and everyone could see again. Both Hana and Shoko were on the ground, their gym uniforms mostly burnt off but still intact enough to shield their modesty. Nemuri checked on them before raising her whip up high.

"BOTH CONTESTANTS HAVE KNOCKED EACH OTHER! WE WILL FIGURE OUT WHICH ONE SHALL PROCEED TO THE SEMI-FINALS SOON!"

All was silent...and then Izuku stood up and clapped, followed by Katsumi, and then Iida, and then Itsuka, and finally the rest of their class. Soon, everyone in the stadium was clapping, which soon evolved into cheering as Shoko and Hana were carried off to Recovery Girl's office.

"AND SO, WITH MUCH THRILLS AND CHILLS, WE MAKE OUR WAY TO THE SEMI-FINALS! AS TODOROKI AND SHIMURA GET WELL-RESTED UP, WE SHALL SEE THE OTHER MATCH-UPS UNTIL WE CAN FIGURE OUT WHO PROGRESSES.

Izuku Midoriya vs Melissa Shield

Tenya Iida vs Ibara Shiozaki

Katsumi Bakugou vs ?

"Who Iida will fight in the next round will be decided soon! But for right now, let's take a break!" Nemuri announced as everyone got up to stretch their limbs. Izuku went to find where Ochako was because she didn't return to the stands after her match with Katsumi.

"Ochako? Are you here?" He then found her curled up with a broken look in her eyes as if something terrible just happened.

"Ochako!" Running over to her, Izuku noticed her flip phone by her side and looked at it to see several messages to her parents that couldn't be reached because the line on the other end was DEAD.

"M-My parents...s-someone has them..."

"Who?"

"I think I may know."

Izuku and Ochako perked up at the unfamiliar voice and looked to see a tall dark shadow standing over them. His white eyes were illuminated in the darkness and he soon stepped into view as the two teens' eyes widened in recognition at who he was.

He was one of America's greatest Heroes and a founding member of one of the two most universally recognized Hero Teams. He had solved several cases of varying difficulties and he was able to rival even the most powerful Heroes and Villains...all without a single Quirk to his name.

This...was the Batman.

BATMAN IS HERE! WHAT WILL HE HAVE TO SAY TO OCHAKO SINCE HER PARENTS HAVE BEEN CAPTURED BY THE JOKER?! WILL EITHER HANA OR SHOKO PASS INTO THE SEMI-FINALS AND WILL EITHER OF THEM BE ABLE TO CHALLENGE THE DOMINATING NUCLEAR POMERANIAN THAT IS KATSUMI BAKUGOU?! FIND OUT NEXT TIME!

POINTERS

-Yeah, I'm giving Ochako full-blown Gravity Manipulation and her Quirk won't be the only one that is awakening in the Hero Class if the brief scene with Inasa in his and Izuku's fight is any indication.

-Someone pointed out that in the Finals of the tournament, it will be a Free-For-All between the three winners of the Semi-Finals. I'll find a way around that, don't worry.

-So yeah, in case you didn't already know, I'm gonna have a lot of Marvel and DC Comics characters in this fic. I might also have characters from other franchises show up at certain points just for the hell of it.
