A TPP Beginning
Your name is Artemis Hazes and you are the son of a former mob boss. You have a love of both soda pop, and cute badass Pokémon, though many question you definition of both adjectives. And although no one can see it in the darkness of the moving truck, you are smiling.
You hear voices in your head. Most would consider this a bad thing, but for you its confirmation. You have Twitch syndrome.
Children with Twitch syndrome, are people who take down criminal organizations, become champions, and rise to legend status. It's the perfect cover for your goal. Take out the criminals here (for there must be criminals, or you wouldn't have gotten twitch syndrome) and Implant your own from the cover of legendary champion. Twitch syndrome will pass, but your legacy wont.
You only have to find a goal that wont send another Twitch child. Producing black-market soda.? Setting up a contest gambling industry. No matter, you have plenty of time to think of something.
Now the voices cry out many directions and suggestions for your starter. At the rate you are going, it may take awhile to get anywhere. The indecision may begin to grate on your nerves.
Eventually, you do make it into your house, and help mom practice her civilian role. Then she sends you over to scout your neighbors house. After that boring bit of recon, you are ready for your Pokémon.
It doesn't go down like you expect.
Past cases of Twitch syndrome indicate you will get a Pokémon from the lab. That does not happen. Instead you are called to save the Professor from a rouge Pokémon. After much deliberation on the part of the voices, you grab a Torchic.
It is adorable, and one day will evolve into a magnificent Blaziken.
You like your chances of beating the league so far.
I had been into TPP. This Arty is based off of early game interpretation, with a few mentions of his love of soda pop. We were really hopeful about Scarface.
