REVIEW TIMEE!1

Guest: I've actually published a chapter called 'In Between the Years'. It's short, but it explains why her and Richie never worked it out. I also explained it a little further in the recent chapter (not this one though)

kaia: Thank you. Please stay on for the ride to find out more information

LoveFiction2019: I have explained it in the short chapter 'In Between the Years' as well as went into little more detail in the 'Unpredictable' chapter

I was able to get the earliest ticket from Colorado to Maine. I did not waste any time driving down to the police station. I was entering the police station, showing them my badge, letting them know that I'm with the FBI. "Sheriff, she's here." one of the officers said. I saw the Sheriff step out of his office to see me. He was furrowing his eyebrows, as if he was trying to remember something.

"You must be Sheriff Carpenter. I'm Agent Carpenter. I'm with the FBI." I was going off, but he was still looking at me as if he knew me. "I-Is everything alright?" I ask. He snaps out of his daze. "Yeah, I'm sorry. You just...have we met somewhere?" he asks. Now, that he said it, he kind of does look familiar.

Before I could answer, one of the officers came up to me. "Agent Carpenter, where would you like to set up?" they asked. "Anywhere is fine." I tell them. I was about to follow them, until I heard the words come out of the Sheriff's mouth.

"Raven?" he asked.

I turned around to face the Sheriff. "H-How did you know my name?" I asked him. "Please tell me you haven't forgotten about your own brother." he says. My eyes widened realization because it all makes sense now.

His surname is the same as mine.

The looks he was giving me.

"Nick?" I asked, bile piling up in my stomach. "Agent Carpenter, we need you to go over the missing child flyers." another cop says. "I need to go." I say, trying to stay away from Nick as much as possible.

Because right then and there, I realized that I could've stayed here if he didn't turn into a drunk.

It was now dusk. I was packing up my stuff, so I could go find at least a motel room to stay for a day or two. My phone starts to ring, making me jump in the process. I looked to see who it was and it was an unknown number. "FBI. Carpenter speaking." I said.

"Raven, it's Mike again." the voice says.

"Hey, Mike, I made it into Derry several hours ago." I tell him.

"Meet me at the Jade of the Orient later tonight." he tells me. I've decided to not question him further and tell him the okay and hung up on him.

I've left the police station and arrived at the Jade of the Orient restaurant. I looked into the glove compartment and saw my registered gun resting there. A sudden ring to the phone jumps me out of my daze and it was Bryce that is calling me.

Ever since I've been to Derry, I've been extremely jumpy and I don't know what it's from.

"This is Raven." I say.

"Hey, babygirl. It's Bryce. Garner was looking over some of Derry's past and you should've brought one of us with you." he says. I stayed silent as I got out of my rental car.

"Derry is one seriously fucked up town, Little Bird. Their death rate is six times the national average." he says as I entered the restaurant. I put my hand over my phone, so Bryce doesn't hear me.

"Hi, there must be a reservation under Mike Hanlon." I said to a waitress. "Follow me please." she says as I followed her.

"I've looked over the flyers, and you're not far off." I was talking to him. "That is not just grown ups, kids are…" I said, and I was trailing off because of the three familiar figures standing right in front of me.

"Little Bird, are you there?" I hear Bryce ask me. "Listen, I've gotta go." I quickly told him as I hung up the phone. "Raven, you made it." Mike says as he hugged me, making me put off. "Hi, Mike." I said, eventually hugging him back. I got to hugging Eddie and Bill and while we were catching up, a gong suddenly rang out and we all turned to the noise to see who it was.

"This meeting of the Losers' Club has officially begun." a familiar bespectacled man says as he was joined by two other familiar faces. "Look at these guys." Eddie says. After a long, awkward silence, his attention was now on me.

"Raven." he says, breathlessly. "Hi, Richie." I said to him.

Great, I've now gone through two awkward reunions coming back here.
